Claims (10)
- 유기 규소 화합물 (A)와,
헥사플루오로 금속산 (B)와,
양이온성기를 갖는 우레탄 수지 (C)와,
바나듐 화합물 (D)와,
수성 매체 (E)
를 포함하는 도장 강판용 하지 처리 조성물로서,
상기 유기 규소 화합물 (A)가 제1급 아미노기를 갖는 아미노실란 화합물의, 가수분해물, 가수분해 축합물, 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되고,
상기 우레탄 수지 (C)의 양이온성기가, 하기 일반식 〔I〕로 표시되는 양이온성기이며,
<일반식 〔I〕>
〔식 중, R1 내지 R3은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알킬렌기를 나타내고, R4는 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기를 나타내고, X-는 음이온성의 반대 이온을 나타낸다〕
상기 양이온성기가, 상기 우레탄 수지 (C) 중에 0.03 내지 0.15mol/kg의 범위로 포함되고,
상기 우레탄 수지 (C)의 전체 아민가가 1 내지 10mgKOH/g인
도장 강판용 하지 처리 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규소 화합물 (A)의 제1급 아미노기(NH2)의 몰수에 대한 상기 헥사플루오로 금속산(MF6) (B)의 몰수의 비〔MF6/NH2〕가 0.2 내지 0.4이며,
상기 양이온성 우레탄 수지 (C)에 대한, 상기 유기 규소 화합물 (A) 및 상기 헥사플루오로 금속산 (B)의 합계의 고형분 질량비 〔(A+B)/C〕가 1.0 내지 5.0이며,
바나듐 화합물 (D)의 함유량이, 상기 도장 강판용 하지 처리 조성물의 전체 고형분에 대하여 0.01 내지 5.0질량%인
도장 강판용 하지 처리 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성기를 갖는 우레탄 수지 (C)가 폴리카르보네이트 구조 단위 및 폴리에테르 구조 단위를 갖는 도장 강판용 하지 처리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 헥사플루오로 금속산 (B)가 헥사플루오로지르코늄산, 헥사플루오로티타늄산, 또는 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 도장 강판용 하지 처리 조성물.
- 도금 강판 중 적어도 한쪽 표면 상에, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도장 강판용 하지 처리 조성물을 사용하여 형성된 0.01 내지 0.5g/㎡의 하지 처리층을 갖는 하지 처리된 도금 강판.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 도금 강판이, 용융 Zn-55% Al-1.6% Si 합금 도금 강판; 도금층이 질량%로 Al: 25 내지 75%, Mg: 0.1 내지 10%, Si: 1 내지 7.5%, Cr: 0.05 내지 5.0%, Ca 및 Sr 중 적어도 1종류 이상: 0.001 내지 0.5%를 함유하고, 잔량부가 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물인 Zn-Al-Mg-Si-Cr-Ca(Sr) 합금 도금 강판; 도금층이 질량%로 Al: 2 내지 19%, Mg: 1 내지 10%, Si: 0.01 내지 2%를 함유하고, 잔량부가 Zn 및 불가피적 불순물인 Zn-Al-Mg-Si 합금 도금 강판으로부터 선택되는 하지 처리된 도금 강판.
- 도금 강판 중 적어도 한쪽 표면 상에, 순서대로,
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도장 강판용 하지 처리 조성물을 포함하는 하지 처리층과,
프라이머층과,
착색 안료를 함유하는 톱층
을 갖는 도장 도금 강판으로서,
상기 프라이머층이, 상기 유기 규소 화합물 (A)의 제1급 아미노기와 반응할 수 있는 관능기를 갖는 수지 및 방청 안료를 함유하는, 도장 도금 강판. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도금 강판이, 용융 Zn-55% Al-1.6% Si 합금 도금 강판; 도금층이 질량%로 Al: 25 내지 75%, Mg: 0.1 내지 10%, Si: 1 내지 7.5%, Cr: 0.05 내지 5.0%, Ca 및 Sr 중 적어도 1종류 이상: 0.001 내지 0.5%를 함유하고, 잔량부가 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 Zn-Al-Mg-Si-Cr-Ca(Sr) 합금 도금 강판; 도금층이 질량%로 Al: 2 내지 19%, Mg: 1 내지 10%, Si: 0.01 내지 2%를 함유하고, 잔량부가 Zn 및 불가피적 불순물을 포함하는 Zn-Al-Mg-Si 합금 도금 강판으로부터 선택되는 도장 도금 강판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도장 강판용 하지 처리 조성물을, 도금 강판 중 적어도 한쪽 표면 상에 도포하고,
수세하지 않고 가열 건조하여 상기 표면에 하지 처리층을 형성시키는 하지 처리 공정을 포함하는 하지 처리된 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 기재된 하지 처리 공정 후에, 추가로 프라이머 조성물을 도포하고, 가열 건조하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 도장 공정과, 상기 프라이머층 상에 톱 도료를 도포한 후, 가열 건조하여 톱층을 형성시키는 공정을 포함하는 도장 도금 강판의 제조 방법.
