Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 폴리올레핀 수지 다공막의 적어도 한쪽 면의 습윤 지수가 40 mN/m 이상이며, 해당 면에 무기 충전재와 수지 결합제를 포함하는 다공층을 구비한 다층 다공막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공층 중에서 무기 충전재가 차지하는 질량분율이 50% 이상 100% 미만인 다층 다공막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 층 두께가 5 ㎛ 이상 100 ㎛ 이하인 다층 다공막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기 투과도가 10초/100cc 이상 650초/100cc 이하인 다층 다공막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충전재가 산화물계 세라믹, 질화물계 세라믹, 세라믹 또는 유리 섬유인 다층 다공막.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충전재가 알루미나, 실리카, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 마그네시아, 세리아, 이트리아, 산화아연, 산화철, 질화규소, 질화티탄, 질화붕소, 탄화규소, 탄산칼슘, 황산알루미늄, 수산화알루미늄, 티탄산칼륨, 탈크, 카올린클레이, 카올리나이트, 할로이사이트, 파이로필라이트, 몬모릴로나이트, 세리사이트, 마이커, 에임자이트, 벤토나이트, 아스베스트, 제올라이트, 규산칼슘, 규산마그네슘, 규조토, 규사 또는 유리 섬유인 다층 다공막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 결합제가 폴리올레핀, 불소 함유 수지, 불소 함유 고무, 고무류, 융점 및/또는 유리 전이 온도가 180℃ 이상인 수지인 다층 다공막.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수지 결합제가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리불화비닐리덴, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌-테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 또는 그의 수소화물, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 공중합체 또는 그의 수소화물, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 또는 그의 수소화물, 메타크릴산 에스테르-아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체, 스티렌-아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴-아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체, 에틸렌프로필렌 고무, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리아세트산비닐, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리페닐렌술피드, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리아미드, 또는 폴리에스테르인 다층 다공막.
- 제1항에 따른 다층 다공막을 이용한 비수전해액 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제9항에 따른 세퍼레이터를 이용한 비수전해액 전지.
- 폴리올레핀 수지 다공막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 표면 처리를 가해 습윤 지수를 40 mN/m 이상으로 한 후, 해당 면에 무기 충전재와 수지 결합제를 함유하는 분산액을 도포하여, 폴리올레핀 수지 다공막 표면에 다공층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 다층 다공막의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리 공정이 코로나 방전 처리법인 제조 방법.
