Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 전촉매 전구체를 할로겐화제로 사전-할로겐화하고;
반응 혼합물 중의 할로겐화 전촉매 전구체에 아미드 에스테르를 첨가하고;
마그네슘 모이어티, 티타늄 모이어티, 및 아미드 에스테르를 포함하는 내부 전자 공여체를 포함하는 전촉매 조성물을 형성하는 것
을 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 마그네슘 모이어티 화합물, 마그네슘 혼합 금속 화합물, 벤조에이트-함유 마그네슘 클로라이드 화합물, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 전촉매 전구체를 사전-할로겐화하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아미드 에스테르를 사염화티타늄의 존재 하에서 벤조에이트-함유 마그네슘 클로라이드 화합물 전촉매 전구체와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에 전자 공여체 성분을 도입하고;
아미드 에스테르 및 내부 전자 공여체 성분을 포함하는 혼합 내부 전자 공여체를 포함하는 전촉매 조성물을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 방법. - 마그네슘 모이어티, 티타늄 모이어티, 및 아미드 에스테르 및 전자 공여체 성분을 포함하는 혼합 내부 전자 공여체의 조합
을 포함하는 전촉매 조성물. - 제5항에 있어서, 전자 공여체 성분이 벤조에이트인 전촉매 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 벤조에이트가 에틸 벤조에이트 및 1-메톡시프로판-2-일 벤조에이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 전촉매 조성물.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 10 중량%의 벤조에이트를 포함하는 전촉매 조성물.
- 아미드 에스테르 및 전자 공여체 성분을 포함하는 혼합 내부 전자 공여체를 포함하는 전촉매 조성물; 및
조촉매
를 포함하는 촉매 조성물. - 제10항에 있어서, 규소 화합물, 두자리 화합물(bidentate compound), 디에테르, 디올 에스테르, 카르복실레이트, 아민, 포스파이트, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 외부 전자 공여체를 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 카르복실산 에스테르, 디에테르, 디올 에스테르, 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜), 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 활성 제한제를 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 중합 조건 하에서 올레핀을 아미드 에스테르 및 전자 공여체 성분을 포함하는 혼합 내부 전자 공여체를 포함하는 촉매 조성물과 접촉시키고;
올레핀-기재 중합체를 형성하는 것
을 포함하는, 올레핀-기재 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서, 아미드 에스테르를 포함하는 올레핀-기재 중합체를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 올레핀이 프로필렌이고, 약 5.0 내지 약 20.0의 다분산도 지수를 가지는 프로필렌-기재 중합체를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
