Claims (2)
- Ni기 합금 용접 금속 전체 질량당, Cr: 28.0 내지 31.5질량%, Fe: 7.0 내지 11.0질량%, Nb 및 Ta: 총량으로 1.0 내지 2.0질량%, C: 0.05질량% 이하, Mn: 4.0 내지 5.5질량%, N: 0.005 내지 0.08질량%, Si: 0.70질량% 이하, Mg: 0.0010질량% 이하, Al: 0.50질량% 이하, Ti: 0.50질량% 이하, Mo: 0.50질량% 이하 및 Cu: 0.50질량% 이하를 함유하고, B의 함유량을 B: 0.0010질량% 이하, Zr의 함유량을 Zr: 0.0010질량% 이하로 규제한 조성을 갖고, 잔부가 Ni 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지며, 상기 불가피적 불순물 중의 Co의 함유량을 Co: 0.10질량% 이하, P의 함유량을 P: 0.015질량% 이하, S의 함유량을 S: 0.015질량% 이하로 규제한 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ni기 합금 용접 금속.
- 플럭스 성분을 함유하는 피복제를 Ni기 합금으로 이루어지는 심선의 외주에 피복하여 이루어지는 Ni기 합금 피복 아크 용접봉에 있어서,
상기 심선은, 심선의 전체 질량당 Cr: 28.0 내지 31.5질량%, Fe: 7.0 내지 11.0질량%, Nb 및 Ta: 총량으로 1.0 내지 2.0질량%, C: 0.05질량% 이하, Mn: 4.0 내지 5.5질량%, N: 0.001 내지 0.02질량%, Si: 0.70질량% 이하, Mg: 0.0010질량% 이하, Al: 0.50질량% 이하, Ti: 0.50질량% 이하, Mo: 0.50질량% 이하, Cu: 0.50질량% 이하를 함유하고, B의 함유량을 B: 0.0010질량% 이하, Zr의 함유량을 Zr: 0.0010질량% 이하로 규제한 조성을 갖고, 잔부가 Ni 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지며, 상기 불가피적 불순물 중의 Co의 함유량을 Co: 0.10질량% 이하, P의 함유량을 P: 0.015질량% 이하, S의 함유량을 S: 0.015질량% 이하로 규제한 조성을 갖고,
상기 피복제는, 상기 플럭스 성분으로서, 피복 아크 용접봉의 전체 질량당 슬래그 형성제: 3.5 내지 6.5질량%, 금속 불화물(F량 환산치): 2내지 5질량%, 탄산염(CO2량 환산치): 2.5 내지 6.5질량%를 함유하고, 상기 플럭스 중의 Mn의 함유량을 Mn: 2.0질량% 이하, Nb 및 Ta의 함유량을 총량으로 Nb+Ta: 1.5질량% 이하, Fe의 함유량을 Fe: 2.5질량% 이하로 규제한 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ni기 합금 피복 아크 용접봉.
