Claims (4)
- 코어 및 상기 코어를 감싸는 외피를 포함하는 용접재료로서,
상기 용접재료는 자체 중량%로, C: 0.01~0.1%, Si: 0.1~1.0%, Mn: 0.01~1.0%, P 및 S 중 1종 이상: 0.035%미만, Cr: 18.0~25.0%, Mo: 7.0~11.0%, Ti: 0.01~1.0%, Nb: 3.0~4.5%, Fe: 0.01~5%, TiO2: 3.5~15%, SiO2: 0.3~3.0%, K, Na 및 Li 중 1종 이상: 0.05~1.5%, F 및 Ca 중 1종 이상: 0.05~1.0%, Al 및 Mg 중 1종 이상: 0.1~1.5%, 나머지 Ni 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,
그 중 상기 외피는 상기 용접재료에 대한 중량%로, C: 0.01~0.1%, Si: 0.1~1.0%, Mn: 0.01~1.0%, Cr: 18.0~25.0%, Ti: 0.01~1.0%, 불순물: 1.0% 이하, 나머지 Ni로 이루어지는 Ni계 플럭스 코어드 와이어 용접재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용접재료의 직경은 0.9~1.6mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 Ni계 플럭스 코어드 와이어 용접재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외피는 상기 용접재료 대비 무게 분율로 50~90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 Ni계 플럭스 코어드 와이어 용접재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용접재료를 이용한 용접이음부의 인장강도는 690MPa 이상, -196℃ 충격인성 27J이상을 만족으로 하는 Ni계 플럭스 코어드 와이어 용접재료.
