Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명과 관련된 용량 제어 밸브의 일 실시형태를 나타내는 정면 단면도이고,
도 3은 용량 제어 밸브의 요부를 확대한 부분 확대 단면도로서, (a)는 제어실의 압력에 의해 감압체가 수축해서 제 3 밸브부와 어댑터가 열리면서 동시에 액체 냉매 배출 밸브체도 열린 상태를, (b)는 감압체가 신장되어 제 3 밸브부와 어댑터가 닫혀 있지만, 액체 냉매 배출 밸브체는 열림 상태를, 또 (c)는 감압체가 신장되어 제 3 밸브부와 어댑터가 닫히면서 동시에 액체 냉매 배출 밸브체도 닫힌 상태를 나타낸 것이며,
도 4는 용량 제어 밸브의 다른 실시형태의 요부 확대 단면도이고,
도 5는 용량 제어 밸브의 다른 실시형태의 요부 확대 단면도이고,

Claims (3)
- 유체를 토출하는 토출실과 유체의 토출량을 제어하는 제어실을 연통시키는 토출측 통로와,
상기 토출측 통로 도중에 형성된 제 1 밸브실과,
유체를 흡입하는 흡입실과 상기 제어실을 연통시키는 흡입측 통로와,
상기 흡입측 통로 도중에 형성된 제 2 밸브실과,
상기 제 1 밸브실에서 상기 토출측 통로를 개폐하는 제 1 밸브부 및 상기 제 2 밸브실에서 상기 흡입측 통로를 개폐하는 제 2 밸브부를 일체적으로 가지며 그 왕복 움직임에 의해 서로 역방향의 개폐 동작을 수행하는 밸브체와,
상기 흡입측 통로 도중에 있어서 상기 제 2 밸브실보다 상기 제어실 쪽에 형성된 제 3 밸브실과,
상기 제 3 밸브실 내에 배치되어서 그 신장에 따라 상기 제 1 밸브부를 열리게 하는 방향으로 가압력을 미치면서 동시에 주위의 압력 증가에 따라서 수축하는 감압체와,
상기 감압체의 신축방향의 자유단에 설치되어서 고리 모양의 시트면을 가지는 어댑터와,
어댑터 내에 이동 가능하게 설치된 액체 냉매 배출용 밸브체와,
상기 제 3 밸브실에서 상기 밸브체와 일체적으로 이동하면서 동시에 상기 어댑터의 시트면 및 액체 냉매 배출용 밸브체와의 결합 및 이탈에 의해 상기 흡입측 통로를 개폐하는 고리모양의 결합면을 가지는 제 3 밸브부와,
상기 밸브체에 대해서 상기 제 1 밸브부를 닫게 하는 방향으로 전자 구동력을 미치는 솔레노이드를 구비하여,
상기 어댑터의 제 3 밸브부와의 결합부에 슬릿을, 또한 기저부 측에 상기 액체 냉매 배출용 밸브체의 저면에 제어실 압력을 작용시키는 도입홀을 마련하고, 그리고 상기 액체 냉매 배출용 밸브체를 제 3 밸브부와의 사이에서 밸브 열림 방향으로 힘을 가하는 가압수단을 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브. - 제 1항에 있어서, 액체 냉매 배출용 밸브체의 제 3 밸브부와의 접촉면을 테이퍼 형태로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 액체 냉매 배출용 밸브체의 외주에 Y링을 장착하여 어댑터 내면과의 사이를 씰링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브.
