Claims (10)
- 단섬유의 표면에 섬유의 길이 방향으로 연장되는 길이 0.6㎛ 이상의 표면 요철 구조가 없고, 단섬유 표면의 최고부와 최저부의 고저차(Rp-v)가 5 내지 25nm이고 평균 요철도 Ra가 2 내지 6nm인 요철 구조를 갖고, 또한 단섬유의 섬유 단면의 장직경과 단직경의 비(장직경/단직경)가 1.00 내지 1.01인 탄소 섬유의 단섬유로 이루어지고, 단섬유의 단위 길이당 질량이 0.030 내지 0.042 mg/m의 범위에 있고, 스트랜드 강도가 5900MPa 이상이고, ASTM 법으로 측정되는 스트랜드 탄성율이 250 내지 380GPa이고, 결절 강도가 900 N/mm2 이상인 탄소 섬유인 탄소 섬유 다발.
- 단섬유의 표면에, 섬유의 길이 방향으로 연장되는 길이 0.6㎛ 이상의 요철 구조가 없고, 길이 300nm 이하의 요철 구조로서, 단섬유 표면의 최고부와 최저부의 고저차(Rp-v)가 5 내지 25nm이며, 평균 요철도 Ra가 2 내지 6nm인 요철 구조를 갖고, 또한 단섬유의 섬유 단면의 장직경과 단직경의 비(장직경/단직경)가 1.00 내지 1.01인 탄소 섬유의 단섬유로 이루어지고, 단섬유의 단위 길이당 질량이 0.030 내지 0.042 mg/m의 범위에 있고, 스트랜드 강도가 5900MPa 이상이고, ASTM 법으로 측정되는 스트랜드 탄성율이 250 내지 380GPa이고, 결절 강도가 900 N/mm2 이상인 탄소 섬유인 탄소 섬유 다발.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
단섬유 표면에 레이저로써 소정 범위의 크기를 갖는 반구상 결함을 형성하고, 상기 섬유를 인장 시험에 의해 상기 반구상 결함 부위에서 파단시켜, 상기 섬유의 파단 강도와 반구상 결함의 크기로부터 그리피스 식 1로부터 구해지는 파괴 표면 생성 에너지가 30 N/m 이상인 탄소 섬유 다발.

여기서, σ는 파단 강도, E는 탄소 섬유 다발의 초음파 탄성율, C는 반구상 결함의 크기이다. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전기 화학적 측정법(사이클릭 볼타메트리(cyclic voltammetry))에 의해 구해지는 ipa 값이 0.05 내지 0.25 ㎂/cm2이고, X선 광전자 분광법에 의해 구해지는 탄소 섬유 표면의 산소 함유 작용기량(O1S/C1S)이 0.05 내지 0.15의 범위에 있는 탄소 섬유 다발. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
ICP 발광 분석법에 의해 측정되는 Si 양이 200ppm 이하인 탄소 섬유 다발. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(a) 하이드록시기를 갖는 에폭시 수지, (b) 폴리하이드록시 화합물 및 (c) 방향환을 포함하는 다이아이소사이아네이트의 반응 생성물인 우레탄 변성 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 사이징(sizing)제 조성물, 또는, 상기 우레탄 변성 에폭시 수지와 (a) 하이드록시기를 갖는 에폭시 수지 및/또는 (d) 하이드록시기를 갖지 않는 에폭시 수지의 혼합물을 포함하는 사이징제 조성물로 사이징된 탄소 섬유 다발. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
(a) 하이드록시기를 갖는 에폭시 수지가 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지인 탄소 섬유 다발. - 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
(b) 폴리하이드록시 화합물이, 비스페놀 A의 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물, 지방족 폴리하이드록시 화합물, 및 폴리하이드록시모노카복시 화합물 중 어느 하나이거나, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 탄소 섬유 다발. - 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(c) 방향환을 포함하는 다이아이소사이아네이트가, 톨루엔다이아이소사이아네이트 또는 자일렌다이아이소사이아네이트인 탄소 섬유 다발. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
알칼리 금속, 알칼리토류 금속, 아연, 철, 알루미늄을 포함하는 금속이 총량으로서 함유하는 양이 50ppm 이하인 탄소 섬유 다발.
