Claims (7)
- 자동차의 기어 세팅을 선택하기 위해 기어 변속 레버(2 및 2')의 위치를 검지하는 장치로서, 상기 기어 변속 레버(2 및 2')에 설치된 신호 송신기(14)와 상기 신호 송신기(14)로부터 일정한 거리에 설치된 신호 수신기(16)를 포함하며, 상기 신호 수신기(16)에 대한 상기 신호 송신기(14)의 위치가 여러 선택 가능한 기어에서 서로 다르며, 상기 신호 수신기(16)는 상기 신호 수신기(16)에 대한 상기 신호 송신기(14)의 상기 위치를 3차원으로 검지하도록 구성되며, 상기 신호 송신기(14)는 자석으로서 구성되고 상기 신호 수신기는 3축 홀 센서(Hall sensor) 시스템(16)으로 구성되며, 상기 차량 기어 변속 레버(2')는 볼-앤드-소켓 조인트(ball-and-socket joint)(20)를 가지며, 상기 신호 송신기(14)는 상기 볼-앤드-소켓 조인트(20)의 볼(22)에 배치되되, 상기 자석(14)의 북-남 축(18)이 상기 볼의 중심점(26)을 거쳐 연장하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 신호 수신기(16)가 차량의 고정 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 신호 송신기(14)가 상기 볼(22)의 반경에 의해 형성된 구면 내측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신호 송신기(14)가 상기 볼(22)의 내부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 볼(22)이, 상기 신호 송신기(14)가 위치한 구역(24)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신호 수신기(16)의 신호를 평가하기 위해 상기 신호 송신기(14)와 통신하는 평가 유닛(28)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 장치를 갖는 자동차.
