Claims (13)
- 조인트 볼(2)의 홈 내에 매립된 자석(8) 및 조인트 하우징(4)에 배치된 자장 센서(9)로, 조인트 하우징(4)과 볼 저널(3)의 상대 각 위치를 구하기 위한, 선회 각도를 측정하는 자장 센서(9)를 구비한 볼 조인트(1)에 있어서,볼조인트 시리즈를 위해, 조인트 볼(2) 내 자석(8)의 위치와 크기 및 조인트 볼 내 홈의 위치와 크기는, 볼 조인트(1)가 정격 선회 각도 αm에 도달할 때 상기 자장 센서(9)를 침투하는 자력선(12)의 각도 κ가 상기 볼 조인트 시리즈 전체에 대하여 유효한 상수 κm에 거의 일치하도록, 선정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, κm은 실질적으로 자장 센서(9)에 의해 검출될 수 있는 최대 자장 각도에 상당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 조인트.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 자석(8)은 그의 자축이 볼 저널(3)의 축과 일치하는 막대 자석인 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 조인트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 자석(8)은 조인트 볼(2)의 볼 저널 반대쪽 극 위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 조인트.

- 제4항에 있어서, 자석(8)의 조인트 볼(2) 내 매립 및 고정은 탄성 보조체(10)에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 조인트.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 탄성 보조체(10)는 중합체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 조인트.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 자석(8)은 실질적으로 원통 형상 그리고 탄성 보조체(10)는 실질적으로 원통 링 형상을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 조인트.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 탄성 보조체(10)는 실질적으로 비상자성 재료로 된 스프링(14)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 조인트.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 링 형 스프링(14)은 적어도 그 일부 영역에는 플라스틱 재료(16)로 주위로 사출성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 조인트.
