Abstract
발광관을 구성하는 석영 유리보다도 연화점이 낮은 유리 분말층을, 상기 발광관의 내표면 상에 분산시켜 배치하고, 이 발광관 내표면 상 및 상기 유리 분말층 상에 상기 형광체층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 석영 유리로 이루어지는 발광관과, 상기 발광관 내표면에 도포된 자외광을 방사하는 형광체층을 구비한 형광 램프에 있어서,
석영 유리보다도 연화점이 낮은 유리 분말층을, 상기 발광관의 내표면 상에 분산시켜 배치하고, 상기 발광관 내표면 상 및 상기 유리 분말층 상에 상기 형광체층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유리 분말층이, 붕규산 유리 및 알루미노규산 유리, 바륨규산 유리 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유리 분말층의 면적이, 상기 발광관의 내표면에 대해서 30∼90%의 비율인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 발광관의 내주면의 둘레 방향의 일부에, 자외선에 대해서 반사성을 가지는 반사막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프.
