Abstract
본 발명은, 풀리 폭을 각각 변경 가능한 프라이머리 풀리 및 세컨더리 풀리와, 각 풀리에 감아 걸리는 벨트를 갖고, 풀리 폭이 변화됨으로써 각 풀리와 벨트의 접촉 반경이 변화되어 변속비가 변화되는 무단 변속 기구와, 각 풀리를 풀리 폭이 축소되는 방향으로 가압하는 풀리 추력을, 소정의 여유값을 포함하도록 연산하는 풀리 추력 연산 수단과, 연산된 풀리 추력에 기초하여 각 풀리로 공급하는 유압을 제어하는 유압 제어 수단을 구비하는 벨트식 무단 변속기에 있어서, 변속비를 저하시키는 업 시프트 중인지 여부를 판정하는 업 시프트 판정 수단(S11)을 구비하고, 풀리 추력 연산 수단은, 업 시프트 중이라고 판정되었을 때, 소정의 여유값을 업 시프트 중이라고 판정되어 있지 않을 때보다 작게 한다(S13).

Claims (5)
- 풀리 폭을 각각 변경 가능한 프라이머리 풀리 및 세컨더리 풀리와, 각 풀리에 감아 걸리는 벨트를 갖고, 상기 풀리 폭이 변화됨으로써 상기 각 풀리와 상기 벨트의 접촉 반경이 변화되어 변속비가 변화되는 무단 변속 기구와,
상기 각 풀리를 상기 풀리 폭이 축소되는 방향으로 가압하는 풀리 추력을, 소정의 여유값을 포함하도록 연산하는 풀리 추력 연산 수단과,
연산된 상기 풀리 추력에 기초하여 상기 각 풀리로 공급하는 유압을 제어하는 유압 제어 수단을 구비하는 벨트식 무단 변속기에 있어서,
상기 변속비를 저하시키는 업 시프트 중인지 여부를 판정하는 업 시프트 판정 수단을 구비하고,
상기 풀리 추력 연산 수단은, 업 시프트 중이라고 판정되었을 때, 상기 소정의 여유값을 업 시프트 중이라고 판정되어 있지 않을 때보다 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 벨트식 무단 변속기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 풀리 추력 연산 수단은, 업 시프트 중이라고 판정되었을 때의 변속비가 높을수록 상기 소정의 여유값의 저하량을 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 벨트식 무단 변속기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 풀리 추력 연산 수단은, 업 시프트 중이라고 판정되고 나서 소정 시간 지연되어 상기 소정의 여유값을 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 벨트식 무단 변속기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머리 풀리에는 엔진으로부터 토크가 입력되고,
상기 엔진의 회전 속도의 감소율이 소정 감소율보다 낮은지 여부를 판정하는 감소율 판정 수단을 구비하고,
상기 풀리 추력 연산 수단은, 상기 엔진의 회전 속도의 감소율이 상기 소정 감소율보다 낮다고 판정되었을 때, 상기 소정의 여유값을 현재의 여유값보다 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 벨트식 무단 변속기. - 풀리 폭을 각각 변경 가능한 프라이머리 풀리 및 세컨더리 풀리와, 각 풀리에 감아 걸리는 벨트를 갖고, 상기 풀리 폭이 변화됨으로써 상기 각 풀리와 상기 벨트의 접촉 반경이 변화되어 변속비가 변화되는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 각 풀리를 상기 풀리 폭이 축소되는 방향으로 가압하는 풀리 추력을, 소정의 여유값을 포함하도록 연산하는 것과,
연산된 상기 풀리 추력에 기초하여 상기 각 풀리로 공급하는 유압을 제어하는 것과,
상기 변속비를 저하시키는 업 시프트 중인지 여부를 판정하는 것과,
업 시프트 중이라고 판정되었을 때, 상기 소정의 여유값을 업 시프트 중이라고 판정되어 있지 않을 때보다 작게 하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 벨트식 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 방법.
