Claims (3)
- 유압에 따라서 홈 폭이 변화하는 입력측 프라이머리 풀리와,유압에 따라서 홈 폭이 변화하는 출력측 세컨더리 풀리와,상기 프라이머리 풀리와 상기 세컨더리 풀리에 권취되어 상기 홈 폭에 따라서 풀리 접촉 반경이 변화하는 벨트를 구비한 벨트식 무단 변속기이며, 벨트의 토크 용량과 현재의 풀리비를 달성 가능한 정상 유압을 풀리마다 산출하는 정상 유압 산출 수단과, 목표 변속 속도를 결정하는 목표 변속 속도 결정 수단과,목표 변속 속도를 달성 가능한 과도 유압을 산출하는 과도 유압 산출 수단과,변속비를 크게 할 때에는 상기 프라이머리 풀리에 상기 정상압을 공급하고, 상기 세컨더리 풀리에 상기 정상 유압으로 상기 과도 유압을 증압하여 공급하는 유압 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과도 유압 산출 수단은 상기 목표 변속 속도를 상기 풀리의 스트로크 속도로 변환하여 상기 풀리의 스트로크 속도와 현재의 풀리비로부터 상기 과도 유압을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유압 펌프로부터의 유압을 라인압으로 하여 압력 조절하는 압력 조절 밸브와,상기 라인압에 의거하여 상기 프라이머리 풀리 및 상기 세컨더리 풀리에 공급하는 유압을 각각 압력 조절하는 제어 밸브를 구비하고,상기 압력 조절 밸브는 상기 라인압을 상기 프라이머리 풀리와 상기 세컨더리 풀리로 공급하는 압력 중, 큰 쪽의 압력과 동등해지도록 압력 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기.
