Description
Claims (5)
- セカンダリプーリ圧がライン圧であり、前記ライン圧をプライマリプーリ圧に調圧し、プライマリプーリ圧センサを有していない無段変速機であって、
アップシフト中に、前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧が前記ライン圧となったかどうか判定する第1判定手段と、
前記無段変速機の目標変速速度が所定の変速速度を達成しているかどうか判定する第2判定手段と、
前記第2判定手段によって前記目標変速速度が前記所定の変速速度以下と判定された場合であって、且つ、前記無段変速機の変速比が目標変速比となっているかどうか判定し、前記変速比が前記目標変速比となっていないと判定された場合に、前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧のみを前記ライン圧よりも高くすることを許可する指示圧制御手段と、
前記第2判定手段によって前記目標変速速度が前記所定の変速速度以下と判定され、前記指示圧制御手段によって前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧を前記ライン圧よりも高くしてから、前記プライマリプーリ圧が前記ライン圧と同等になるとみなすことができるまでの所定時間を検出する推定時間検出手段とを備え、
前記指示圧制御手段は、前記推定時間検出手段によって検出された前記所定時間経過後に、前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧と前記ライン圧の指示圧との偏差を算出し、
前記所定時間経過後は、前記偏差を保ったまま前記無段変速機の変速制御を行う無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記所定時間の間、前記指示圧制御手段によって前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧を前記ライン圧よりも高くした後に前記変速比をHigh側へ変更する場合に、前記ライン圧を上昇させるライン圧上昇手段を備える無段変速機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記推定時間検出手段は、前記目標変速速度に基づいて前記所定時間を推定する無段変速機。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機であって、
前記所定時間の間、前記指示圧制御手段によって前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧を前記ライン圧よりも高くした後に前記変速比をHigh側へ変更する場合に、前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧及びセカンダリプーリ圧の指示圧は、前記所定時間経過時における前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧と前記セカンダリプーリ圧の指示圧との偏差を維持して上昇する無段変速機。 - セカンダリプーリ圧がライン圧であり、前記ライン圧をプライマリプーリ圧に調圧し、プライマリプーリ圧センサを有していない無段変速機を制御する無段変速機の制御方法であって、
アップシフト中に、前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧が前記ライン圧となったかどうか判定し、
前記無段変速機の目標変速速度が所定の変速速度を達成しているかどうか判定し、
前記目標変速速度が前記所定の変速速度以下と判定された場合であって、且つ、前記無段変速機の変速比が目標変速比となっているかどうか判定し、
前記変速比が前記目標変速比となっていないと判定された場合に、前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧のみを前記ライン圧よりも高くすることを許可し、
前記目標変速速度が前記所定の変速速度以下と判定され、前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧を前記ライン圧よりも高くしてから、前記プライマリプーリ圧が前記ライン圧と同等になるとみなすことができるまでの所定時間を検出し、
前記所定時間経過後に、前記プライマリプーリ圧の指示圧とライン圧の指示圧との偏差を算出し、
前記所定時間経過後は、前記偏差を保ったまま前記無段変速機の変速制御を行う無段変速機の制御方法。
