Claims (3)
- 溝幅を第1の油圧によって変化させる入力側のプライマリプーリと、
溝幅を第2の油圧によって変化させる出力側のセカンダリプーリと、
前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとに巻き掛けられ、前記溝幅に応じてプーリとの接触半径が変化するベルトと、
一方の端部に前記プライマリプーリの可動シーブを連結し、もう一方の端部にステップモータを連結する変速リンクと、前記変速リンクの中央に連結し、前記ステップモータの操作位置に応じて前記第1の油圧を制御する変速制御弁と、からなる変速制御機構と、を有し、前記第1の油圧を検出する手段を備えていない無段変速機、を制御する無段変速機の制御装置において、
車両の停止時の変速比を記憶する変速比記憶手段と、
前記変速比記憶手段に前記車両の停止時の前記変速比を記憶できていない場合に、前記車両の起動時に前記ステップモータの操作位置を原点位置に変更する初期化手段と、
前記変速比記憶手段に前記車両の停止時の前記変速比を記憶できていない場合にのみ、前記車両の起動時に前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとが回転していない状態において、前記第1の油圧を略ゼロとして、前記第2の油圧を所定油圧まで高くして、前記プライマリプーリとの前記接触半径と、前記セカンダリプーリとの前記接触半径と、の比率を最Lowに対応する比率に変更するプーリ比制御手段と、
前記プーリ比制御手段によって前記最Lowに対応する比率に変更した前記プライマリプーリの位置を前記ステップモータの前記原点位置に対応する位置として記憶するプーリ比記憶手段と、を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記プーリ比制御手段は、前記比率を、前記最Lowに対応する比率よりもLow側となる比率へ変更した後に、前記最Lowに対応する比率に変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記プーリ比制御手段は、前記車両の停止時の前記変速比を最Highと仮定して、前記比率を変更することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
