도 1은 본 발명에 따른 공작기계 이동체의 냉각장치의 실시예를 나타내는 측면도이다.

Claims (4)
- 공작기계 이동체의 냉각방법으로서,
(a) 상기 공작기계의 운전시에 발생하는 상기 이동체의 각 부분의 발열 상황을 예측하고, 발열이 높아서 냉각할 필요가 있는 냉각 부위를 복수 군데 특정하는 공정과,
(b) 상기 특정한 냉각 부위에 냉각액을 흘리기 위한 유체관로를 형성하는 공정과,
(c) 상기 유체관로 안에 소정 온도로 냉각한 냉각액을 공급하고, 상기 특정한 냉각 부위의 발열이 적은 부위 쪽으로부터 발열이 큰 부위 쪽을 향하여 냉각액을 흘려서 순환시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계 이동체의 냉각방법. - 공작기계 이동체의 냉각방법으로서,
(a) 상기 공작기계의 설계단계에 있어서, 설계 데이터에 근거하여 상기 공작기계의 운전시에 발생하는 상기 이동체의 각 부분의 발열량 또는 온도분포를 시뮬레이션하고, 발열이 커서 냉각할 필요가 있는 냉각 부위를 복수 군데 특정하는 공정과,
(b) 상기 공작기계의 제조단계에 있어서, 냉각액이 상기 특정한 냉각 부위 또는 그 근방을 차례로 통과하여 흐르도록 상기 이동체에 유체관로를 형성하는 공정과,
(c) 상기 공작기계의 운전단계에 있어서, 상기 유체관로 안에 소정 온도로 냉각한 냉각액을 공급하고, 상기 특정한 냉각 부위의 발열이 적은 부위 쪽으로부터 발열이 큰 부위 쪽을 향하여 냉각액을 흘려서 순환시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계 이동체의 냉각방법. - 제 1 항에 기재된 공작기계 이동체의 냉각방법을 실시하는 냉각장치로서,
상기 공작기계 이동체에 상기 특정한 냉각 부위 또는 그 근방에 냉각액을 흘리기 위한 유체관로를 설치하고, 상기 유체관로는 냉각액이 상기 특정한 냉각 부위 또는 그 근방을 차례로 통과하여 흐르도록 연결되어 형성되며,
상기 유체관로 안에 소정의 온도로 냉각한 냉각액을 공급하고, 냉각액을 순환시키는 냉각액 순환수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계 이동체의 냉각장치. - 제 2 항에 기재된 공작기계 이동체의 냉각방법을 실시하는 냉각장치로서,
상기 공작기계 이동체에 상기 특정한 냉각 부위 또는 그 근방에 냉각액을 흘리기 위한 유체관로를 설치하고, 상기 유체관로는 냉각액이 상기 특정한 냉각 부위 또는 그 근방을 차례로 통과하여 흐르도록 연결되어 형성되며,
상기 유체관로 안에 소정의 온도로 냉각한 냉각액을 공급하고, 냉각액을 순환시키는 냉각액 순환수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계 이동체의 냉각장치.
