Claims (16)
- 사각형 프레임 구조(51)로 구성된 적어도 한 개의 프레임(50, 80)을 빌딩 벽에 탑재하기 위한 구조물(1)에 있어서, 한 개의 프레임(50)을 수용하기에 적당한 적어도 한 개의 사각형 언더프레임(15)을 형성하도록 조립된 적어도 두 개의 크로스바(4)와 적어도 두 개의 직립재(3)로 형성된 카커스(2), 및 상기 카커스 상에 상기 적어도 한 개의 프레임을 고정하기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 상기 직립재(3)의 각각은 상기 크로스바(4)를 수용하기 위한 요홈들(38, 39)을 구비한 두 개의 측면 윙들(32, 33)에 의해 규정된 중앙 코어(31)를 구비하고, 상기 크로스바(4)의 각각은 상기 크로스바(4)와 상기 직립재(3) 사이의 교차지점들에서 상기 직립재(3)와 정렬하는 요홈들(43, 44)을 구비한 측면 윙들(41, 42)과 중앙 코어(40)을 구비하여, 상기 사각형 언더프레임(15)의 내부 외변상에 뻗어있는 상기 직립재(3)와 상기 크로스바(4)의 상기 윙들(32, 33, 41, 42)이 한 프레임(50)을 고정할 수 있는 돌출 경계를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직립재(3)의 상기 코어(31)는 상기 직립재의 전체길이를 따라 연장된 적어도 한 개의 홈통(35, 36)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홈통(35, 36)은 상기 직립재의 전체길이에 걸쳐 연장 된 적어도 한 개의 립(34)에 의해 규정된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 크로스바(4)의 상기 코어(40)는 상기 크로스바가 안착되는 한 직립재(3)의 상기 홈통(35, 36) 위에서 개방되게 형성된 적어도 한 개의 개구(48)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 크로스바(4)의 상기 코어(40)는 적어도 상기 직립재(3)와 교차하는 영역내의 축방향 부분에서, 상기 윙들과 동일한 방향으로 돌출하는 접촉면을 가지도록 하는 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한 크로스바(4)의 한 측면 윙(41)은 상기 구조물에 의해 유지되는 프레임을 부착할 수 있도록 상기 크로스바의 내부를 향해 경사진 것을 특징으로 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 카커스 상에 상기 적어도 한 개의 프레임을 고정하기 위한 상기 수단은 앵커장치들(10, 11), 및 상기 앵커 장치들(10,11)에 의해 유지되고 상기 직립재(3) 위로 연장된 고정 비딩(62)을 포함하며, 상기 앵커장치들(10, 11)과 고정 비딩들(62)은 고정 비딩들(62)이 적어도 한 프레임(50A, 50B)의 가장자리의 상면과 접촉하도록 하는 식으로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 한 개의 고정수단(10)은 상부에 록킹헤드(80)를 포함하며, 상기 고정 비딩(62)은 상기 록킹헤드(80) 상에 클립 고정되기에 적당한 록킹러그(70)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 한 개의 고정수단(11)은 상부에 나사 헤드(91)를 포함하며, 상기 고정 비딩(62)은 일단부에서는 나사(90)에 의해 상기 나사 헤드에 고정되기에 적당한 나사 패들(65)을 포함하고 타단부에서는 한 나사 패들상에 클립 고정되기에 적당한 클립핑 러그를 구비하는 덮개 패들(68)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제8항 또는 제9에 있어서, 상기 고정수단(10, 11)은 빌딩의 벽의 구조체 내에 나사 결합하기 위한 말단 나사 스핀들(101)과 나사몸체 구동수단(103)에 의해 상기 말단 나사 스핀들로부터 분리된 중심 나사 스핀들(102)을 구비하는 나사몸체(100), 및 상기 나사몸체의 중심 나사 스핀들상에 나사결합되기에 적당하고 록킹헤드(80) 또는 나사 헤드(91)를 포함하는 스페이서(12, 13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 비딩(62)은 두 개의 인접한 프레임들(50A, 50B)을 분리하는 영역(61)을 확실히 덮도록 하는 식으로 상기 프레임들의 상기 분리영역의 양측 상으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 구조물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌딩 벽.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 빌딩 벽은 지붕 팬을 형성하고, 평행 비임들(6)을 포함하며, 상기 구조물의 직립재들(3)은 상기 평행비임들(6)을 따라 연장되고 상기 평행 비임들에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 빌딩 벽.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 구조물(1) 아래에서 상기 평행 비임들(6)에 고정된 트레이들(8)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌딩 벽.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 트레이들은 플라스틱 재료, 집성재, 합판, 또는 금속으로 만들어진 트레이들, 및 다층 절연재 또는 복층유리 패널을 포함하는 트레이들 중에서 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌딩 벽.
- 제12항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구조물에 의해 상기 프레임에 고정된 태양광 전지들의 적어도 한 개의 패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌딩 벽.
