Claims (18)
- 액체 속에서 회전 가능하게 지지된 회전체를 갖고, 상기 회전체의 표면으로부터 액체에 기체를 주입하는 기포 주입부와,기포의 원료가 되는 기체를 상기 기포 주입부에 공급하는 기체 공급관과,상기 기포 주입부를 액체 속에서 회전시키는 회전 구동 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 액체 속에서 회전하는 회전체로 이루어지고, 상기 회전체의 표면으로부터 액체에 기체를 주입하며, 액체와 상기 회전체의 상대 운동에 의해 발생하는 전단력을 상기 회전체의 표면 및 표면 근방에 존재하는 기포에 부여하여 미세한 기포를 발생시키는 기포 주입부와,기포의 원료가 되는 기체를 상기 기포 주입부에 공급하는 기체 공급관과,상기 기포 주입부를 액체 속에서 회전시키는 회전 구동 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부는, 기체의 통로가 되는 미소 직경의 기포 주입 구멍을 형성한 회전체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입 구멍은 최소 15 ㎜ 이상의 피치 간격으로 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전 구동 장치는 상기 회전체의 회전 속도를 가변 제어하는 제어 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은, 상기 회전체의 기포 주입 구멍에서의 둘레 속도가 6 m/s 이하인 범위에서는, 발생시키는 기포의 직경 크기에 대응하여 상기 회전 구동 장치의 모터의 회전수를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부는 외연부에 가스를 방출하는 미소 직경의 노즐을 구비한 회전체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부의 회전체는 다공질체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부의 상부에 회전체와 동기 회전하는 충돌판을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부의 회전체와 상기 충돌판 사이의 외연부에 기포 분쇄부를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부의 상부에 방해판을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 방해판으로서 진동식 방해판을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부를 덮는 다공질체 커버를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부의 회전체에는, 중심으로부터 외측을 향하는 기포의 흐름을 유발하는 날개가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 액체 속에서 회전체를 회전시키면서, 상기 회전체에 기체를 공급하고,상기 회전체의 표면에 형성한 기포 주입 구멍을 통하여 액체에 기체를 주입하며,액체와 상기 회전체의 상대 운동에 의해 발생하는 전단력을 상기 회전체의 표면 및 표면 근방에 존재하는 기포에 부여하여 미세한 기포를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 회전체의 기포 주입 구멍에서의 둘레 속도가 6 m/s 이하인 범위 내에서, 상기 회전체의 회전 속도를 변화시켜, 발생시키는 기포의 직경의 크기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 회전체의 기포 주입 구멍에서의 둘레 속도가 6 m/s 이상이 되도록, 상기 회전체의 회전 속도를 설정하여, 발생시키는 기포의 직경을 일정하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 방법.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입 구멍의 수를 늘린 회전체를 이용함으로써, 기포 직경을 작게 유지한 채로, 공기 유량의 제한값을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 방법.
