Claims (18)
- 액체 속에서 회전하는 회전체로 이루어지고, 상기 회전체의 표면으로부터 액체에 기체를 주입하며, 액체와 상기 회전체의 상대 운동에 의해 발생하는 전단력을 상기 회전체의 표면 및 표면 근방에 존재하는 기포에 부여하여 미세한 기포를 발생시키는 기포 주입부와,기포의 원료가 되는 기체를 상기 기포 주입부에 공급하는 기체 공급관과,상기 기포 주입부를 액체 속에서 회전시키는 회전 구동 장치를 구비하고,상기 기포 주입부는, 기체의 통로가 되고 1.0mm 이하의 직경의 기포 주입 구멍을 복수 형성한 회전체로 이루어지고,상기 기포 주입 구멍은 10 ㎜ 이상의 피치 간격으로 배열되고,하나의 상기 기포 주입 구멍으로부터 상기 액체 속에 주입된 상기 기체의 유량이 0.25리터/분 이하가 되도록 상기 기체 공급관으로부터 상기 기체가 공급되고,상기 회전 구동 장치는, 상기 기포 주입 구멍의 둘레 속도가 6m/s 이상이 되도록 상기 회전체를 회전시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부는 외연부에 가스를 방출하는 미소 직경의 노즐인 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입 구멍은 상기 회전체의 상면에 마련되고, 상기 회전체의 상부에, 회전체와 동기 회전하는 충돌판을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부의 회전체와 상기 충돌판 사이의 외연부에 기포 파쇄부를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기포 주입부의 상부에 상기 회전체과 동축으로 배치된 십자형의 방해판을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방해판으로서 진동식 방해판을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 장치.
- 액체 속에서 회전체를 회전시키면서, 상기 회전체에 기체를 공급하고,상기 회전체의 표면에, 1.0mm 이하의 직경을 갖고, 10mm 이상의 피치로 복수 형성된 기포 주입 구멍을 갖는 상기 회전체를 상기 기포 주입 구멍의 둘레 속도가 6m/s 이상이 되도록 회전시키고,하나의 상기 기포 주입 구멍으로부터 상기 액체 속에 주입된 상기 기체의 유량이 0.25 리터/분 이하가 되도록 기체 공급관으로부터 상기 기체를 공급하고,액체와 상기 회전체의 상대 운동에 의해 발생하는 전단력을 상기 회전체의 표면 및 표면 근방에 존재하는 기포에 부여하여 미세한 기포를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소 기포 발생 방법.
