Description
以下に、本実施の形態に係る気泡発生装置について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。なお、図中の同一または相当部分については、同一符号を付してその説明は繰り返さない。
Claims (8)
- 振動により微細な気泡を液体中に発生させる気泡発生装置であって、
複数の開口部が形成され、一方の面が液体槽の液体と接し、他方の面が気体と接する振動板と、
第1の端部と、前記第1の端部とは反対側の第2の端部とを有し、前記第1の端部側において、前記振動板を保持するように、前記振動板に連結されている筒状体と、
前記筒状体の前記第2の端部側に、前記筒状体の径方向外側に延ばされたリング状つば部に固定され、前記筒状体を振動させる圧電素子とを備え、
前記第1の端部側の前記筒状体の側面で前記液体槽と結合させ、
前記圧電素子で前記筒状体を振動させて前記振動板のみを屈曲振動させる、気泡発生装置。 - 前記リング状つば部は、前記振動板側の第1の面と、前記第1の面とは反対側の第2の面とを有し、前記第2の面に前記圧電素子が固定されている、請求項1に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記筒状体は、前記第1の端部にフランジ部を設け、前記フランジ部を介して前記液体槽を結合させてある、請求項1または請求項2に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記フランジ部、前記筒状体および前記リング状つば部とは、同一材料で一体に形成されている、請求項3に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記振動板は、ガラス板で形成されている、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記ガラス板は、サポートガラスを介して前記筒状体の前記第1の端部側に連結されている、請求項5に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記振動板は、孔径が1μm~20μmの前記開口部を、孔径の10倍以上の間隔で複数形成してある、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記開口部の形状は、前記液体槽の液体と接する前記一方の面の孔径に比べ、気体と接する前記他方の面の孔径が大きいテーパ形状である、請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の気泡発生装置。
