Claims (9)
- 표면층 (A), 접착층 (A), 배리어층, 표면층 (B) 의 적어도 4 층이 순서대로 적층된 연신 적층 필름으로서,(1) 상기 표면층 (A) 의 융해 온도가 상기 표면층 (B) 의 융해 온도보다 65℃ 이상 150℃ 이하만큼 높고,(2) 상기 배리어층이 염화 비닐리덴 공중합체로 이루어지고, 배리어층의 융해 온도가 130℃ 이상 160℃ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 적층 필름.
- 표면층 (A), 접착층 (A), 배리어층, 표면층 (B) 의 적어도 4 층이 순서대로 적층된 연신 적층 필름으로서,(1) 상기 표면층 (A) 의 융해 온도가 상기 표면층 (B) 의 융해 온도보다 65℃ 이상 150℃ 이하만큼 높고,(2) 상기 배리어층이 염화 비닐리덴 공중합체로 이루어지고, 배리어층의 융해 온도가 130℃ 이상 160℃ 미만이고,(3) 흐름 방향과 횡 방향의 75℃ 에서의 열수축률이 모두 20% 이상 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 적층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배리어층과 상기 표면층 (B) 사이에 접착층 (B) 가 적층되어 적어도 5 층으로 이루어지고, 상기 표면층 (A) 가 프로필렌 공중합체, 아미드 수지, 에스테르 공중합체에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 함유하여 겔분율이 0% 이상 5% 이하이고, 상기 접착층 (A) 가 에틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지고 겔분율이 25% 이상 70% 이하이고, 상기 접착층 (B) 가 에틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지고, 또한 상기 표면층 (B) 가 에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 적층 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 표면층 (A) 가 아미드 수지로 이루어지고, 상기 표면층 (B) 가 에틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 적층 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 표면층 (A) 의 필름 전체에 차지하는 비율이 0.5 ∼ 20% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 적층 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 배리어층의 융해 온도가 135℃ 이상 150℃ 미만인 연신 적층 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,흐름 방향과 횡 방향의 75℃ 에서의 열수축률이 모두 25% 이상 45% 이하이고, 또한 흐름 방향과 횡 방향의 합계로 65% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 적층 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 연신 적층 필름으로 이루어지는 백으로서, 상기 표면층 (A) 가 당해 백의 외측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,표면층 (A) 가 비정성의 나일론이 5 ∼ 40 중량% 혼합된 아미드 수지, 표면층 (B) 가 에틸렌 코모노머와 부텐 코모노머, 헥센 코모노머, 및 옥텐 코모노머에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 코모노머와의 공중합체이고, 밀도의 범위가 0.88 ∼ 0.92g/㎤, JIS-K-7210 의 측정 조건에 준하는 측정 조건 (190℃, 21.2N) 으로 측정한 멜트 인덱스의 값이 0.5 ∼ 7 인 에틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 적층 필름.
