Claims (2)
- 연강(軟鋼) 또는 합금강제 외피에 플럭스를 충전하여 이루어진 티타니아계 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 함유 와이어로서, 외피 및 플럭스의 전체에서, 와이어 전체 질량당,TiO2 : 6 내지 12질량%,Al2O3 : 0.4 내지 0.8질량%,SiO2 : 0.1 내지 0.5질량%,ZrO2 : 0.05 내지 0.20질량%,Mn : 1.0 내지 3.0질량%,Si : 0.4 내지 0.9질량%,Al : 0.1 내지 0.3질량%,Mg : 0.4 내지 0.8질량%,를 함유하고,잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물이고,(TiO2+Al2O3)/(SiO2+ZrO2) : 10 내지 20,Mg/(Si+Al) : 0.4 내지 0.7 (Mg 및 Si 및 Al이 합금의 형태로 존재하는 경우는, Mg 및 Si 및 Al로 환산한 함유량),Na+K : 0.05 내지 0.12질량% (Na 및 K는 화합물 또는 합금의 형태로 존재하는 경우는, Na 및 K로 환산한 함유량),Na/K : 0.3 이상 (Na 및 K는 화합물 또는 합금의 형태로 존재하는 경우는, Na 및 K로 환산한 함유량)인 티타니아계 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 함유 와이어.
- 연강 또는 합금강제 외피에 플럭스를 충전하여 이루어진 티타니아계 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 함유 와이어로서, 외피 및 플럭스의 전체에서, 와이어 전체 질량당,TiO2 : 6 내지 12질량%,Al2O3 : 0.4 내지 0.8질량%,SiO2 : 0.1 내지 0.5질량%,ZrO2 : 0.05 내지 0.20질량%,Mn : 1.0 내지 3.0질량%,Si : 0.4 내지 0.9질량%,Al : 0.1 내지 0.3질량%,Mg : 0.4 내지 0.8질량%,C : 0.01 내지 0.12질량%,F : 0.05 내지 0.10질량%,를 함유하고,또한, Cr : 0.01 내지 0.1질량%, Cu : 0.01 내지 0.1질량%, Ni : 0.01 내지 0.1질량%, V : 0.005 내지 0.1질량%, Nb : 0.005 내지 0.1질량%, Ti : 0.01 내지 0.1질량%, 및 Zr : 0.01 내지 0.1질량%로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 함유하고,잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물이고,(TiO2+Al2O3)/(SiO2+ZrO2) : 10 내지 20,Mg/(Si+Al) : 0.4 내지 0.7 (Mg 및 Si 및 Al이 합금의 형태로 존재하는 경우는, Mg 및 Si 및 Al로 환산한 함유량),Na+K : 0.05 내지 0.12질량% (Na 및 K는 화합물 또는 합금의 형태로 존재하는 경우는, Na 및 K로 환산한 함유량),Na/K : 0.3 이상 (Na 및 K는 화합물 또는 합금의 형태로 존재하는 경우는, Na 및 K로 환산한 함유량)인 티타니아계 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 함유 와이어.
