Abstract
[해결수단] 강제 외피 내에 플럭스를 충전하여 이루어지는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 내장 와이어에 있어서, 와이어 전체 질량당, TiO2, Ti, C, Mn, Zr 화합물 및 Zr 산화물의 Zr 환산치와 금속 Zr의 합계, Si 화합물 및 Si 산화물의 Si 환산치와 금속 Si의 합계, B 화합물 및 B 산화물의 B 환산치와 금속 B의 합계, 0.74·[Ti]/([TiO2]·[Zr])(단, [Zr]은 Zr 화합물 및 Zr 산화물의 Zr 환산치와 금속 Zr의 합계), [B]/[Mn](단, [B]는 B 화합물 및 B 산화물의 B 환산치와 금속 B의 합계)를 규정한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 강제 외피 내에 플럭스를 충전하여 이루어지는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 내장 와이어에 있어서,
와이어 전체 질량당,
TiO2: 0.2∼0.9질량%,
Ti: 0.005∼0.040질량%,
C: 0.01∼0.05질량%,
Mn: 1.5∼4.0질량%,
Zr 화합물 및 Zr 산화물의 Zr 환산치와 금속 Zr의 합계: 0.5∼2.0질량%,
Si 화합물 및 Si 산화물의 Si 환산치와 금속 Si의 합계: 0.5∼2.0질량%,
B 화합물 및 B 산화물의 B 환산치와 금속 B의 합계: 0.002∼0.010질량%,
0.74·[Ti]/([TiO2]·[Zr]): 0.005∼0.040(단, [Zr]은 Zr 화합물 및 Zr 산화물의 Zr 환산치와 금속 Zr의 합계),
[B]/[Mn]: 0.001∼0.005(단, [B]는 B 화합물 및 B 산화물의 B 환산치와 금속 B의 합계),
잔부: Fe 및 불가피적 불순물
인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 내장 와이어. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로, 이하의 (a)∼(c)군 중 적어도 1군을 갖는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 내장 와이어:
(a) 와이어 전체 질량당, F 화합물의 F 환산치와 Na 화합물 및 Na 산화물의 Na 환산치와 K 화합물 및 K 산화물의 K 환산치의 합계가 0.70질량% 이하,
(b) 와이어 전체 질량당, Nb 및 V 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 합계가 0.040질량% 이하,
(c) 상기 Mn이 2.0∼3.0질량%. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
플럭스의 충전율이 10∼30질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 내장 와이어. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
횡향(橫向) 용접에 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 내장 와이어.
