Claims (10)
- 시아노메탈레이트 화합물, 바람직하게는 시아노메탈레이트 염, 특히 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 염을 금속염과 반응시켜 DMC 촉매를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 반응은 브론스테드산의 존재하에 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실온에서 안정한 모든 수용성 무기산(mineral acid) 및/또는 카르복실산이 브론스테드산으로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실산은 분자 내에 하나 이상의 카르복실기 및 20 이하의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 전기음성원소에 의해 치환되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기산은 황산, 염산, 아황산, 알킬술폰산, 아릴술폰산 및 할로겐술폰산 HSO3X (여기서, X는 할로겐, 탄소 원자가 1 내지 20인 알킬, 아릴, 바람직하게는 페닐 또는 나프틸), 이황산, 염산, 염소산, 과염소산, 브롬산, 요오드산, 불산, 황화수소, 인산, 아인산, 차인산, 테트라플루오로붕산, 헥사플루오로인산, 질산, 아질산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기산은 황산, 알킬술폰산, 아릴술폰산 및 할로술폰산, 염산, 과염소산, 브롬산, 요오드산, 불산, 인산, 질산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기산은 황산 및 염산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브론스테드산은 침전 후 pH가 3 내지 6의 범위에 있도록 하는 양으로 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조될 수 있는 DMC 촉매.
- 제9항에 따른 DMC 촉매를 촉매로 사용하는, H-작용성 출발 물질 상에 알킬렌 옥시드를 촉매 첨가하여 폴리에테르 알코올을 제조하는 방법.
