Claims (9)
- 염기쌍 227 내지 염기쌍 1831의 오픈 리딩 프레임을 가진 SEQ ID NO: 8에 따른 서열 (서열 A), 상기 서열 A에 50% 이상 동일한 서열, 엄격한 조건하에서 상기 서열 A와 하이브리드화되는 서열, 또는 유전 코드로 인해 상기 서열 A로 변성된 서열로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된, β1,2-크실로실트랜스퍼라제 활성을 지닌 내인성 단백질을 코딩하는 서열과 상보적인 50개 이상의 누클레오티드 서열을 포함하는 폴리누클레오티드로 트랙스펙션시킴으로써, 당단백질의 펩티드 서열이 크실로실트랜스퍼라제가 감소되지 않은 식물 계통에서 발현되는 단백질에 존재하는 β1,2-결합된 크실로오스 잔기를 50% 미만, 특히 20% 미만, 특히 바람직하게는 0%로 지니도록 β1,2-크실로실트랜스퍼라제의 발현이 억제되거나 완전히 차단된 재조합 당단백질을 식물 또는 식물 세포에서 발현시킴을 특징으로 하는, 재조합 당단백질을 발현시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리누클레오티드가 안티센스 RNA인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 폴리누클레오티드가 이중 가닥 RNA로서 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리누클레오티드가 PNA를 포 함하는 것인 방법.

- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코딩 서열이 SEQ ID NO:8에 따른 서열과 70% 이상의 동일성을 지닌 서열인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코딩 서열이 SEQ ID NO:8에 따른 서열과 80% 이상의 동일성을 지닌 서열인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코딩 서열이 SEQ ID NO:8에 따른 서열과 95% 이상의 동일성을 지닌 서열인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 당단백질이 인간 단백질, 특히 의약용 인간 단백질인 방법.
