Claims (6)
- 모티에렐라(Mortierella)속에 속하는 지질생산균의 육종방법이며,상기 지질생산균의 영양요구성주를 숙주로 하고, 마커 유전자로서 상기 영양요구성을 보완하는 유전자를 사용하여, 이러한 마커 유전자를 숙주로 도입하는 유전자 도입단계와,상기 숙주의 영양요구성의 회복을 마커로 하여 형질전환주를 선발하는 선발단계를 갖는 형질전환공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지질생산균의 육종방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지질생산균은, 모티에렐라 알피나(Mortierella alpina), 모티에렐라 하이그로필라(Mortierella hygrophila) 또는 모티에렐라 클라미도스포라(Mortierella chlamydospora)인 것을 특징으로 하는 지질생산균의 육종방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 영양요구성주가 우라실 요구성주인 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 지질생산균의 육종방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 마커 유전자로서, 오로티딘-5'-인산 디칼복실라제 유전자 또는 오로티 딘산 파이로포스포릴라제 유전자가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지질생산균의 육종방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유전자 도입단계에서는, 일렉트로포레이션 또는 파티클 딜리버리법이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지질생산균의 육종방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,원종의 지질생산균으로부터 영양요구성주를 취득하는 영양요구성주 취득공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지질생산균의 육종방법.
