Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 중합체의 탄소 원자와 실리카 네트워크(network)의 실리콘 원자 사이의 C-Si 결합을 통해 한쪽 또는 양쪽 말단에서 실리카 네트워크에 공유 결합된 선형 중합체를 포함하는, 유기적으로 개질된 실리카(오르모실) 에어로겔 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 양쪽 말단에서 네트워크의 분자를 함유하는 하나의 실리콘에 공유결합되거나, 양쪽 말단에서 네트워크의 분자를 함유하는 2개의 분리된 실리콘에 공유결합된 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체의 중량 백분율이 약 1 내이 50% 미만 또는 약 3 내지 약 30% w/w인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선형 중합체가 트리알콕시실릴 말단 폴리디메틸실록산, 트리알콕시실릴 말단 폴리옥시알킬렌, 트리알콕시실릴 말단 폴리우레탄, 트리알콕시실릴 말단 폴리부타디엔, 트리알콕시실릴 말단 폴리옥시프로필렌, 트리알콕시실릴 말단 폴리옥시프로필렌-코폴리옥시에틸렌 또는 트리알콕시실릴 말단 폴리에테르 계열로부터 생성되는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 말단 트리알콕시실릴 잔기의 알콕시 그룹이 메톡시, 에톡 시, 프로폭시 또는 부톡시로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선형 중합체의 쇄 길이의 평균 분자량이 약 200 내지 약 1,000,000 또는 약 300 내지 약 10,000인 조성물.
- 3-이소시아나토프로필 트리에톡시실란 또는 글리시독시프로필 트리에톡시실란과 아민 말단 선형 중합체를 반응시킴을 포함하는, 트리알콕시실릴 말단 선형 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 3-이소시아나토프로필 트리에톡시실란의 농도가 1% w/w 이상인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 아민 말단 선형 중합체가 아민 말단 폴리옥시에틸렌-코-폴리옥시프로필렌, 아민 말단 폴리옥시에틸렌 및 아민 말단 폴리옥시프로필렌으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 트리알콕시실릴 말단 선형 중합체와 실리카 전구체를 실온에서 반응시킴을 포함하는, 제1항에 따르는 에어로겔 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 트리알콕시실릴 말단 선형 중합체가 3-이소시아나토프로필 트리에톡시실란과 하이드록시 말단 선형 중합체를 반응성 NH 및 OH 잔기가 없는 용매 같은 적합한 용매에서 반응시킴을 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 하이드록시 말단 선형 중합체가 디하이드록실 말단 폴리부타디엔, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 폴리프로필렌 글리콜로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 아미노프로필 트리에톡시실란 또는 아미노프로필 트리메톡시실란과 이소시아네이트 말단 선형 중합체를 반응시킴을 포함하는 트리알콕시실릴 말단 선형 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 말단 선형 중합체가 폴리헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리메틸디페닐디이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 선형 중합체 30% 미만을 포함하고, 투과율 또는 투명도가 가시적 스펙트럼에서 조성물 센티미터당 10% 이상인, 오르모실 구조에 이르는 겔 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 20% 이하의 압축 응력하에 95%를 초과하는 회복 응력을 갖는 투명 에어로겔을 제조하는 조성물.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 섬유 강화가 추가된 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 열전도도가 약 10 내지 약 16mW/mK인 강화 에어로겔 복합물을 제조하는 조성물.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 균열-제거 투명 에어로겔을 제조하는 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 에어로겔의 열전도도가 주위 조건하에서 약 10 내지 약 16mW/m·K인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 형태인 조성물.
