Description
Claims (17)
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드 수지의 산 성분의 일부가, 다이머산, 폴리알킬렌글리콜, 폴리에스테르 및 말단에 카르복실기, 수산기와 아미노기 중 어느 것을 함유하는 부타디엔계 고무로 이루어지는 군 중 적어도 1종으로 치환된 공중합 폴리아미드이미드 수지인 다공질막.
- 제1항에 기재한 다공질막에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드 수지 다공질 단층의 다공질막.
- 제1항에 기재한 다공질막에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드 수지 다공질과 폴리올레핀계 다공질막을 조합한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 다공질막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투기도(透氣度)가 1∼2000 sec/100 ccAir인 다공질막.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 항에 기재한 다공질막을, 리튬 이온을 흡장(吸藏), 방출할 수 있는 양극과 음극 사이에 세퍼레이터로서 개재하여 이루어지는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 기재의 단면 또는 양면에 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 폴리아미드이미드 수지 용액을 도포하거나, 또는 기재를 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 폴리아미드이미드 수지 용액에 침지한 후, 폴리아미드이미드 수지를 용해한 용제와는 혼화하지만, 폴리아미드이미드 수지에 대해서는 빈용제(貧溶劑)인 용액 중에 투입하여 폴리아미드이미드 수지를 응고시키는 다공질막의 제조 방법.
- 폴리올레핀계 다공질막의 단면 또는 양면에 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 폴리아미드이미드 수지 용액을 도포하거나, 또는 폴리올레핀계 다공질막을 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 폴리아미드이미드 수지 용액에 침지한 후, 폴리아미드이미드 수지를 용해한 용제와 혼화하지만, 폴리아미드이미드 수지에 대해서는 빈용제인 용액 중에 투입하여 폴리아미드이미드 수지를 응고시키는 복합 다공질막의 제조 방법.
- 막 두께가 5∼100 μm인 다공질막에 있어서, 유리 전이 온도가 70℃ 이상이고, 대수 점도가 0.5 dl/g 이상이며, 아미드 결합/이미드 결합비가 10/90∼45/55인 폴리아미드이미드 수지 다공질층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질막.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드 수지의 산 성분의 일부가 알킬렌글리콜비스안히드로트리멜리테이트, 피로멜리트산 무수물, 벤조페논테트라카르복실산 무수물 및 비페닐테트라카르복실산 무수물의 1종 또는 2종 이상인 다공질막.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드 수지의 산 성분의 일부가, 다이머산, 폴리알킬렌글리콜, 폴리에스테르 및 말단에 카르복실기, 수산기와 아미노기 중 어느 것을 함유하는 부타디엔계 고무로 이루어지는 군 중 적어도 1종으로 치환된 공중합 폴리아미드이미드 수지인 다공질막.
- 제9항에 기재한 다공질막에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드 수지 다공질 단층의 다공질막.
- 제9항에 기재한 다공질막에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드 수지 다공질과 폴리올레핀계 다공질막을 조합한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 다공질막.
- 제9항에 있어서, 투기도가 1∼2000 sec/100 ccAir인 다공질막.
- 제9항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 항에 기재한 다공질막을, 리튬 이온을 흡장, 방출할 수 있는 양극과 음극 사이에 세퍼레이터로서 개재하여 이루어지는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 기재의 단면 또는 양면에 제9항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 항에 기재한 폴리아미드이미드 수지 용액을 도포하거나, 또는 기재를 제9항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 항에 기재한 폴리아미드이미드 수지 용액에 침지한 후, 폴리아미드이미드 수지를 용해한 용제와는 혼화하지만, 폴리아미드이미드 수지에 대해서는 빈용제인 용액 중에 투입하여 폴리아미드이미드 수지를 응고시키는 다공질막의 제조 방법.
- 폴리올레핀계 다공질막의 단면 또는 양면에 제9항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 항에 기재한 폴리아미드이미드 수지 용액을 도포하거나, 또는 폴리올레핀계 다공질막을 제9항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 항에 기재한 폴리아미드이미드 수지 용액에 침지한 후, 폴리아미드이미드 수지를 용해한 용제와 혼화하지만, 폴리아미드이미드 수지에 대해서는 빈용제인 용액 중에 투입하여 폴리아미드이미드 수지를 응고시키는 복합 다공질막의 제조 방법.
