Claims (8)
- 제1전극, 정공 주입층, 정공 수송층, 발광층 및 제2전극을 포함하며,상기 정공 주입층과 정공 수송층의 두께비가 1:1 내지 1:10인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정공 주입층과 정공 수송층의 두께비가 1:4 내지 1:8인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정공 주입층의 두께가 50 내지 800 Å이고,상기 정공 수송층의 두께가 50 내지 1500 Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정공 주입층은 이동도가 1e-3 ㎠/Vs 이상, LUMO (Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) 에너지 준위가 2.7 eV 이하, HOMO (Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) 에너지 준위가 5.0 eV 이상인 정공 주입 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정공 수송층은 이동도가 1e-4 ㎠/Vs 이상, LUMO 에너지 준위가 3.3 eV 이하, HOMO 에너지 준위가 5.0 eV 이상인 정공 수송 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 정공 수송 물질이 N,N'-비스(3-메틸페닐)- N,N'-디페닐-[1,1-비페닐]-4,4'-디아민(TPD) 또는 N,N'-디(나프탈렌-1-일)-N,N'-디페닐 벤지 딘 (NPB)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 인광 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
