- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1정공 수송성 호스트 물질 및 상기 제2정공 수송성 호스트 물질이 서로 독립적으로 N,N´-비스(1-나프틸)-N,N´-비스(페닐)벤지딘 (NPB), 4,4´,4˝-트리스(N-카바졸릴)트리페닐아민 (TCTA) 및 4,4´-비스(카르바졸-9-일)비페닐 (CBP)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전자 수송성 호스트 물질, 제2전자 수송성 호스트 물질 및 제3전자 수송성 호스트 물질이 서로 독립적으로 ADN(9,10-디(나프-2-틸)안트라센), 트리스(8-히드록시퀴놀린) 알루미늄 (Alq3), 10-벤조 [h] 퀴노리놀-베릴륨 착체 (Bebq2), ZnPBO, 및 비스-(2-메틸-8-퀴놀리놀레이트)-4-(페닐페놀레이토)-알루미늄 (BAlq)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1발광층이 상기 제1전자 수송성 호스트 물질 100 중량부당 상기 제1정공 수송성 호스트 물질을 20 내지 150 중량부 포함하고, 상기 제2발광층이 상기 제2전자 수송성 호스트 물질 100 중량부당 상기 제2정공 수송성 호스트 물질을 20 내지 150 중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1정공 수송성 호스트 물질이 NPB이고, 상기 제2정공 수송성 호스트 물질이 TCTA인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전자 수송성 호스트 물질이 형광 호스트 물질이고 상기 제2전자 수송성 호스트 물질 및 제3전자 수송성 호스트 물질이 인광 호스트 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기 발광 소자.
