Claims (20)
- 서로 대향하는 제1 전극과 제2 전극;
상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이의 발광층;
상기 제1 전극과 상기 발광층 사이에 있고, 제1 정공 수송층, 제2 정공 수송층 및 상기 제1 정공 수송층과 상기 제2 정공 수송층 사이의 버퍼층으로 이루어진 정공 수송층; 및
상기 발광층과 상기 제2 전극 사이의 전자 수송층을 포함하되,
상기 버퍼층 및 상기 전자 수송층은 각각 전자 수송성의 금속 유기 화합물과 전자 수송성의 유기 화합물이 혼합물로 이루어지고,

상기 버퍼층은 상기 제1 정공 수송층 및 상기 제2 정공 수송층과 각각 직접(directly) 접하는, 유기 발광 소자. - 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 전자 수송성의 금속 유기 화합물은 LiQ, BAlq, Alq3, 또는 Bebq2 을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 전자 수송성의 유기 화합물은 BCP(2,9-Dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, 2,9-디메틸-4,7-디페닐-1,10-페난트롤린), Bphen(4,7-Diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, 4,7-디페닐-1,10-페난트롤린), TAZ(3-(4-Biphenylyl)-4-phenyl-5-tert-butylphenyl-1,2,4-triazole, 3-(4-비페닐릴)-4-페닐-5-터트-부틸페닐-1,2,4-트리아졸), NTAZ(4-(Naphthalen-1-yl)-3,5-diphenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole, 4-(나프탈렌-1-일)-3,5-디페닐-4H-1,2,4-트리아졸), tBu-PBD(2-(4-Biphenylyl)-5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole, 2-(4-비페닐릴)-5-(4-tert-부틸페닐)-1,3,4-옥사디아졸), ADN(9,10-di(naphthalene-2-yl)anthrascene, 9,10-디(나프탈렌-2-일)안트라센), 하기 화학식 201, 또는 하기 화학식 202을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 정공 수송층 및 상기 제2 정공 수송층의 두께의 합은 400Å 내지 1,200Å 범위를 갖는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼층은 5Å 내지 20Å의 두께를 갖는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼층에서 상기 전자 수송성의 금속 유기 화합물 대 상기 전자 수송성의 유기 화합물의 비율은 중량비로 1:3 내지 1:7인 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 전자 수송층에서 상기 전자 수송성의 금속 유기 화합물 대 상기 전자 수송성의 유기 화합물의 비율은 중량비로 2:1 내지 5:1인 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 화소 영역 내의 상기 제2 정공 수송층과 상기 제1 발광층 사이의 제1 공진 조절층; 및
상기 제2 화소 영역 내의 상기 제2 정공 수송층과 상기 제2 발광층 사이의 제2 공진 조절층; 을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 소자. - 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드와 상기 제1 정공 수송층 사이의 정공 주입층을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 화소영역은 적색을 표시하는 화소 영역이고, 상기 제2 화소영역은 녹색을 표시하는 화소 영역이고, 상기 제3 화소영역은 청색을 표시하는 화소 영역인 유기 발광 소자.
