- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도펀트의 함량은 녹색 발광 물질과 청색 발광 물질의총합 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 3 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 홀 주입층, 홀 수송층, 전자주입층, 전자수송층 및 홀블로킹층 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
