Claims (6)
- 전자 주입 전극(음극)과 정공 주입 전극(양극) 사이에 발광층 및 정공 저지층을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자로서,상기 전자 주입 전극과 상기 발광층 사이에 마련된 상기 정공 저지층의 물질이 하기된 화학식 1이고, 상기 화학식 1의 A는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 피리딜(pyridyl), 바이피리딜(bipyridyl), 나프틸(naphthyl), 바이나프틸(binaphthyl), 퀴놀린(quinoline), 아이소퀴놀린(isoquinoline), 안트라센(anthracene), 페난트렌(phenanthrene)으로부터 선택될 수 있는 유기전계발광소자:화학식 1
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 A의 치환기는,알킬, 알릴, 알콕시, 할로겐, 사이아노(cyano)로부터 선택될 수 있는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,치환기가 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 아이소프로필, 페닐, 나프틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 플루오르, 클로로, 사이아노로부터 선택될 수 있는 유기전계발광소자.
