Claims (8)
- 기판과, 상기 기판상에 순차적으로 형성된 애노드, 홀수송층, 복수개의 발광층, 전자수송층 및 캐소드를 구비하는 유기 전자발광소자에 있어서,상기 발광층 사이에, 막두께의 조절로 두 발광층 영역의 엑시톤 생성 비율을조절할 수 있는 전하수송버퍼층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전자발광소자.
- 기판과, 상기 기판상에 순차적으로 형성된 캐소드, 전자수송층, 복수개의 발광층, 홀수송층 및 애노드를 구비하는 유기 전자발광소자에 있어서,상기 발광층 사이에, 막두께의 조절로 두 발광층 영역의 엑시톤 생성 비율을 조절할 수 있는 전하수송버퍼층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전자발광소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전하수송버퍼층의 두께는 10 내지 300Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전하수송버퍼층이, 이 전하수송버퍼층과 인접한 발광층들의 호스트 형성 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홀수송층, 발광층 및 전자수송층중의 하나 이상이,홀-전자 결합에 대하여 발광할 수 있는 도펀트 0.1 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 도펀트의 함량이, 홀수송층, 발광층 및 전자수송층의 호스트 형성재료에 대하여 0.1 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 애노드와 홀수송층 사이에 홀주입층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드와 전자수송층 사이에 전자주입층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광소자.
