Claims (28)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 위치하는 하부 전극, 상기 하부 전극 상에 위치하는 상부 전극 및 상기 하부 전극과 상부 전극 사이에 형성되고 발광층을 구비하는 유기막을 포함한 유기발광소자; 및상기 유기발광소자에 형성된 유기막으로부터 발생된 광을 흡수하여 가시광의 형광을 발하는 색변환층과 상기 광을 투과시키는 칼라필터;를 포함하며,상기 발광층은 청색과 녹색의 청록색 광을 발하는 2 또는 다수개의 발광층을 적층하여 형성하고,상기 칼라필터는 청색 화소영역 상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 녹색 발광층은 150Å 내지 300Å의 두께로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 청록색 광은 발광 스펙트럼의 색좌표 X 값이 0.12 내지 0.2이고 색좌표 Y 값이 0.15 내지 0.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 색변환층 또는 칼라필터는 상부 전극과의 사이에 개재된 투명보호막을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 색변환층 또는 칼라필터 상에 오버코팅층을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 기판을 형성하고;상기 기판 상에 위치하는 하부 전극, 상기 하부 전극 상에 위치하는 상부 전극 및 상기 하부 전극과 상부 전극 사이에 형성되고 발광층을 구비하는 유기막을 포함한 유기발광소자를 형성하며;상기 유기발광소자에 형성된 유기막으로부터 발생된 광을 흡수하여 가시광의 형광을 발하는 색변환층과 상기 광을 투과시키는 칼라필터를 형성하는 것을 포함하며,상기 발광층은 청색과 녹색의 청록색 광을 발하는 2 또는 다수개의 발광층을 적층하여 형성하고,상기 칼라필터는 청색 화소영역 상에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 제조방법.
