- 제 1 전극;제 2 전극; 및상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 개재되고, 형광발광층과 인광발광층을 구비하는 발광층을 포함하여 백색광을 방출하며, 상기 형광발광층은 청색 영역의 광을 방출하는 발광층이고, 50 내지 200Å의 두께를 가지며, 상기 인광발광층은 오렌지-적색 영역의 광을 방출하는 발광층이고, 50 내지 300Å의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.

- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극은 애노드이고,상기 형광발광층은 상기 제 1 전극 상에 위치하고,상기 인광발광층은 상기 형광발광층 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 26 항에 있어서,상기 인광발광층 상에 위치하는 정공저지층을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극은 애노드이고,상기 인광발광층은 상기 제 1 전극 상에 위치하고,상기 형광발광층은 상기 인광발광층 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
