Claims (11)
- 서로 이격되고 동일 극성인 한 쌍의 독립 전극;상기 한 쌍의 독립 전극 사이에 배치된, 상기 독립 전극의 극성과 다른 극성을 갖는 하나의 공통 전극;상기 한 쌍의 독립 전극 중의 하나와 상기 공통 전극 사이에 배치된 형광(fluorescence) 발광층; 및,상기 한 쌍의 독립 전극 중의 다른 하나와 상기 공통 전극 사이에 배치된 인광(phosphorescence) 발광층;을 구비하고,상기 공통 전극은 투명 전극이고, 상기 한 쌍의 독립 전극 중의 하나는 반사 전극이며, 상기 한 쌍의 독립 전극 중의 다른 하나는 투명 전극이고, 상기 공통 전극과 상기 투명 독립 전극 사이에 형광 발광층이 배치되고, 상기 공통 전극과 상기 반사 독립 전극 사이에 인광 발광층이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 독립 전극이 어노드이고 상기 공통 전극이 캐소드이거나, 상기 독립 전극이 캐소드이고 상기 공통 전극이 어노드인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기발광소자.

- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 전극은 광 투과도가 70% 이거나 그 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 형광 발광층은 청색 발광층을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광층은 형광 도펀트(dopant)로 DPAVBi, DPAVBi 유도체, 디스티릴아릴렌(DSA), 디스티릴아릴렌 유도체, 디스티릴벤젠(DSB), 디스티릴벤젠 유도체, 스피로-DPVBi 또는 스피로-6P(스피로-섹시페닐)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 인광 발광층은 적색 발광층을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 적색 발광층은 인광 도펀트로 PtOEP 또는 이리듐 콤플렉스(iridium complex)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 인광 발광층은 녹색 발광층을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제10 항에 있어서,상기 녹색 발광층은 인광 도펀트로 Ir(PPy)3(PPy=2-phenylpyridine)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 유기발광소자.
