Claims (24)
- 거의 고체이고 부분적으로 플루오르화된 제1 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 제1층, 및거의 고체이고 부분적으로 플루오르화된 제2 열가소성 중합체를 포함하며, 상기 제1층에 결합되어 있는 제2층을 포함하는 제품으로서, 상기 제1 중합체 및 제2 중합체는 상이한 조성을 갖는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 조성을 갖는 제1 물질 및 상기 제2층의 조성을 갖는 제2 물질을 주성분으로 하는, 제1층 및 제2층간 결합 계면을 더 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층 및 제2층은 약 1 N/cm 이상, 약 2 N/cm 이상 및 약 5 N/cm 이상에서 선택되는 층간 접착 레벨을 갖는 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 및/또는 제2층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는 하기 화학식 I의 혼성중합 단위를 포함하는 것인 제품:화학식 I--CF(X)--CX2--상기 화학식에서, 각각의 X는 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐 원자 또는 플루오르화될 수 있는 C1-C8알킬기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 및/또는 제2층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는 화학식 I의 혼성중합 단위를 70 중량%(wt%) 이상 또는 80 중량% 이상 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 및/또는 제2층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는, 하기 화학식 II의 혼성중합 단위가 포함된 플루오르화된 중합체를 더 포함하는 것인 제품:화학식 II상기 화학식에서, 각 Y는 독립적으로 결합, 산소 또는 CF2이고, 각 Z는 독립적으로 F 또는 Rf(각 Rf는 독립적으로 C1-C10플루오로알킬기임)이며, n은 0∼3이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 및/또는 제2층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 비닐 플루오라이드, 퍼플루오르화된 알콕시 비닐 에테르, 퍼플루오르화된 알킬 비닐 에테르 및 이의 조합물로부터 유도된 혼성중합 단위를 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 및/또는 제2층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는 pH가 비닐리덴 플루오라이드의 pH이거나 그 이하인 수소-함유 단량체로부터 유도된 혼성중합 단위를 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 및/또는 제2층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 플루오르화되지 않은 올레핀, 임의로 헥사플루오로프로필렌 및 임의로 퍼플루오로 비닐 에테르로부터 유도된 혼성중합 단위를 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 및/또는 제2층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 및 임의로 퍼플루오로 알킬 또는 알콕시 비닐 에테르로부터 유도된 혼성중합 단위를 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 및/또는 제2층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 및 임의로 퍼플루오로 비닐 에테르를 주성분으로 하는 혼성중합 단위를 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드로부터 유도된 혼성중합 단위를 약 30 중량% 미만으로 함유하는 중합체를 포함하고, 제2층 중의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드로부터 유도된 혼성중합 단위를 100 중량% 이하로 함유하는 중합체를 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체를 포함하고 제1층 또는 제2층에 결합된 제3층을 더 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 중합체를 포함하고 제1층(제2층의 반대면) 또는 제3층에 결합된 제4층을 더 포함하는 것인 제품.
- 임의로 한 층에 전도성 물질이 더 포함되어 있는 제1항 내지 제14항의 제품을 포함하는 연료 호스.
- 제15항에 있어서, 임의로 플루오르화되지 않은 중합체를 포함하고, 임의로 한 층에 포함되거나 별개의 층으로서 보강 물질이 더 포함되어 있는 외층을 더 포함하는 것인 연료 호스.
- 제16항에 있어서, 제1층은 외층에 결합되어 있고a) 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체를 포함하고 제2층에 결합되어 있는 중간층, 및 임의로b) 부분적으로 플루오르화된 탄성중합체 및 전도성 물질을 각각 임의로 포함하고 상기 중간층에 결합되어 있는 내층을 더 포함하는 것인 연료 호스.
- 제16항에 있어서, 외층은 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리올레핀, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리케톤, 폴리우레아, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔, 부타디엔 고무, 염소화된 및 클로로-설폰화된 폴리에틸렌, 클로로프렌, EPM, EPDM, PE-EPDM, PP-EPDM, EVOH, 에피클로리히드린, 이소부틸렌 이소프렌, 이소프렌, 폴리설파이드, 실리콘, NBR/PVC, 스티렌 부타디엔, 비닐 아세테이트 에틸렌 및 이들의 조합물로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는 것인 연료 호스.
- a) 거의 고체이고 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 제1층을 제공하는 단계,b) 거의 고체이고 부분적으로 플루오르화된 중합체를 포함하고 상기 제1층의한면과 접촉하는 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 제2층을 제공하는 단계,c) 상기 층들을 결합시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 연화점 또는 융점 이상의 온도로 하나 이상의 층을 가열하는 단계 및d) 임의로 상기 제2층에 상기 제1층을 압착시키는 단계를 포함하는 층상 제품의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 제1층 및 제2층 사이의 결합 계면은 제1층의 조성을 갖는 제1 물질 및 제2층의 조성을 갖는 제2 물질을 주성분으로 하는 것인 방법.
- a) 거의 고체이고 부분적으로 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 제1층을 압출하는 단계, 및b) 거의 고체이고 부분적으로 플루오르화된 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 제2층을 상기 제1층의 한면 상에서 압출하는 단계를 포함하는 층상 제품의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 제1층 및 제2층 사이의 결합 계면은 제1층의 조성을 갖는 제1 물질 및 제2층의 조성을 갖는 제2 물질을 주성분으로 하고, 상기 제1층 및 제2층 중 하나 이상을 그 융점 또는 연화점 이상으로 하여 두 층을 결합시키며, 임의로 압출 단계는 동시압출을 통하여 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 제2층의 노출면 상에서 외층을 압출시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 제1층은 튜브형으로 압출시키고 상기 제2층은 상기 제1층을 둘러싸는 튜브형으로 압출시키는 것인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 제2층의 노출면 상에서 외층을 압출시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 층은 전도성 물질을 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
