Claims (47)
- 제 1 및 제 2 미공성 필름층을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름으로서, 제 1 필름층은 제 1 최대 공극을 가지며, 제 2 필름층은 제 1 최대 공극과 다른 제 2 최대 공극을 갖는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 필름 층이 공압출된 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 필름층은 제 1 폴리머 조성물로 이루어지고 제 2 필름층은 제 1 폴리머 조성물과 다른 제 2 폴리머 조성물로 이루어진 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 1 폴리머 조성물은 폴리프로필렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고, 제 2 폴리머 조성물은 초저밀도, 저밀도, 선형 저밀도 또는 중밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 1 폴리머 조성물은 폴리프로필렌을 포함하고, 제 2 폴리머 조성물은 초저밀도, 저밀도, 선형 저밀도, 중밀도 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.

- 제 22 항에 있어서, 제 2 필름층이 제 2 폴리머 조성물로 이루어지고, 제 1 및 제 3 필름층이 각각 제 2 폴리머 조성물과 다른 제 1 및 제 3 폴리머로 이루어지는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 제 2 폴리머 조성물은 폴리프로필렌을 포함하고, 제 1 및 제 3 폴리머 조성물은 초저밀도, 저밀도, 선형저밀도, 중밀도 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 제 2 폴리머 조성물이 초저밀도, 저밀도, 선형저밀도 또는 중밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고, 제 1 및 제 3 폴리머 조성물은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 제 2 필름층은 제 2 충전재를 포함하고, 제 1 및 제 3 필름층은 각각 제 2 충전재의 평균 입경보다 큰 평균 입경을 갖는 제 1 및 제 3 충전재를 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 제 2 최대 공극은 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 최대 공극 중 가장 크고, 또한 제 2 필름층은 제 1 및 제 3 필름층사이에 배치되는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 제 2 필름층은 제 2 폴리머 조성물로 이루어지고 제 1 및 제 3 필름층은 각각, 제 2 폴리머 조성물과 다른 제 1 및 제 3 폴리머 조성물로 이루어지는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 제 2 폴리머 조성물은 초저밀도, 저밀도, 선형저밀도, 중밀도 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고, 제 1 및 제 3 폴리머 조성물은 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 제 2 폴리머 조성물은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고, 제 1 및 제 3 폴리머 조성물은 초저밀도, 저밀도, 선형 저밀도 또는 중밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 제 2 필름층은 제 2 충전재를 포함하고, 제 1 및 제 3 필름층은 각각, 제 2 충전재의 평균입경 보다 작은 평균 입경을 갖는 제 1 및 제 3 충전재를 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 필름층 중 한층이 부직조층에 적층되는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 미공성 필름층을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름으로서, 여기서 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 필름층 중 한층이 다층 필름 중 잔여 층의 각 최대 공극 보다 더 작거나 다층 필름의 잔여층의 각 최대 공극보다 더 큰 최대 공극을 가지며, 한 층이 다층 필름에서 구속되지 않은 표면을 갖지 않는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 33 항에 있어서, 한 층이 다층 필름 중 잔여 층의 각 최대 공극보다 더 작은 최대 공극을 가지며, 폴리프로필렌 및 칼슘 카보네이트를 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 33 항에 있어서, 한 층이 다층 필름의 잔여층의 각 최대 공극보다 더 큰 최대 공극을 가지며, 초저밀도, 저밀도, 선형 저밀도, 중밀도 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 칼슘 카보네이트를 포함하고, 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 필름 중 나머지 층들은 폴리프로필렌 및 칼슘 카보네이트를 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 제 33 항에 있어서, 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 미공성 필름 층이 공압출되는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 2개 이상의 미공성 필름층을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름으로서, 여기서 두개 필름층은 상이한 최대 공극을 가지며, 필름층 중 한층이 다층 필름에서 구속되지 않은 표면을 갖지 않도록 배열되는 다층 미공성 필름.
- 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 필름층에서 압출시키고, 필름층을 신장시켜 이들을 미공성이 되게 하는 공정을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름을 생산하는 방법으로서, 여기서 제 1 필름층은 제 2 필름층과 다른 성분을 한가지 이상 가지며, 이 성분을, 신장시에, 제 1 필름층이 제 2 필름층과 다른 최대 공극을 갖도록 적합하게 변경시키는 다층 미공성 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 38 항에 있어서, 원하는 최대 공극을 갖는 제 1 및 제 2 필름층 중 한층을 다층 필름에서 구속되지 않은 표면을 갖지 않도록, 배열시킴으로써 다층 필름의최대 공극을 조절하는 방법.
- 제 38 항에 있어서, 3개 이상의 필름층을 공압출시키고 신장시키는 방법.
- 제 40 항에 있어서, 3개의 필름층 중 한층이 다층 필름 중 잔여 층의 각 최대 공극보다 더 작거나, 다층 필름 중 잔여층의 각 최대 공극보다 더 큰 최대 공극을 가지며, 상기 한 층을 다층 필름에서 구속되지 않은 표면을 갖지 않도록, 배열시킴으로써 다층 미공성 필름층에 원하는 최대 공극을 부여하는 방법.
- 제 38 항에 있어서, 다층 미공성 필름층을 부직조 층에 적층하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 38 항에 있어서, 필름층을 신장시켜 미공성화시키기 이전에, 공압출된 제 1 및 제 2 필름층을 부직조 층에 적층하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 필름층을 압출시키고, 신장시켜 미공성이 되게 한 다음, 층들을 서로 적층하는 공정을 포함하는 다층 미공성 필름을 생산하는 방법으로서, 여기서 신장시, 제 1 필름층이 2 필름층과 다른 최대 공극을 갖는 방법.
- 제 44 항에 있어서, 다층 미공성 필름을 부직조층에 적층시키는 것을 추가로포함하는 방법.
