Claims (4)
- 가스흡입관을 연통 설치하고 가스토출관을 관통 설치하는 케이싱과,케이싱의 내부에 고정하는 고정스크롤과,고정스크롤에 치합하여 선회운동을 하면서 흡입가스를 압축하도록 복수 개의 압축실을 형성하는 선회스크롤과,가스토출관을 연통하고 최종압축실에 형성한 토출구멍을 수용하도록 토출공간을 구비하여 고정스크롤의 외곽에 밀봉 설치하는 토출머플러와,토출머플러에 설치하여 펌프다운이나 고압축비 운전시 토출가스의 일부를 케이싱의 흡입공간으로 역류시켜 압축실의 고진공화를 방지하는 고진공 차단부를 포함한 스크롤 압축기의 고진공 방지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,고진공 차단부는 중간압축실에서 연통하는 중간압유로와 토출머플러에 연통하는 토출압유로와 케이싱의 흡입공간에 연통하는 흡입압유로를 각각 형성한 진공실린더와,진공실린더에 미끄러지게 삽입하여 압축기의 정상운전시에는 토출압유로를 차단하여 토출가스의 누설을 방지하는 반면 펌프다운이나 고압축비 운전시에는 토출압유로와 흡입압유로를 연통시켜 토출가스 일부를 흡입측으로 유도하는 진공피스톤과,진공실린더의 흡입압유로와 이에 대향하는 진공피스톤의 미끄럼방향 일측면 사이에 설치하여 고진공운전시 토출압유로와 흡입압유로를 연통하도록 진공피스톤을 밀어내는 진공스프링을 포함한 스크롤 압축기의 고진공 방지 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,고정스크롤의 배면과 이에 대응하는 진공실린더의 선단면 사이에는 실링부재를 개재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 고진공 방지 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,진공피스톤은 진공실린더의 중간압유로에 대응하는 일측면에 그 중간압유로의 직경 보다 넓은 가압면을 가지도록 가압홈부 또는 가압돌부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 고진공 방지 장치.
