Claims (5)
- 밀폐성 외각;상기 밀폐성 외각의 내부에 형성되는 스크롤 부재;상기 스크롤 부재의 토출측에 제공되는 고압의 토출챔버;상기 토출챔버의 내부의 고압유체가 토출되는 토출구;상기 스크롤 부재의 흡입측에 제공되는 저압의 흡입챔버;상기 흡입챔버의 내부로 저압의 유체가 유입되는 흡입구;상기 토출챔버와 상기 흡입챔버를 구획하는 밀폐 플레이트;상기 스크롤 부재 내부의 압축 공간의 벽이 뚫려 형성되는 바이패스 포트;일단이 상기 바이패스 포트와 연결되고, 타단이 상기 흡입챔버와 연결되는 바이패스 관로;상기 바이패스 포트의 내부에서 자유로이 상하로 움직여서 상기 바이패스 관로의 연결 상태를 개방/폐쇄 상태로 조작하기 위한 막음 밸브; 및상기 막음 밸브의 위치를 개방 또는 폐쇄 위치로 조정하기 위하여, 상기 흡입구의 저압 상태 유체압과 상기 토출구의 고압 상태 유체압이, 소정의 관로를 통하여 선택적으로 상기 막음 밸브에 인가되도록 하기 위한 조정 밸브가 포함되고,상기 막음밸브는 플로우트 밸브인 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.

- 밀폐성 외각;상기 밀폐성 외각의 내부에 형성되는 스크롤 부재;상기 스크롤 부재의 토출측에 제공되는 고압의 토출챔버;상기 토출챔버의 내부의 고압유체가 토출되는 토출구;상기 스크롤 부재의 흡입측에 제공되는 저압의 흡입챔버;상기 흡입챔버의 내부로 저압의 유체가 유입되는 흡입구;상기 토출챔버와 상기 흡입챔버를 구획하는 밀폐 플레이트;상기 스크롤 부재의 압축 경로에 형성되는 바이패스 포트;상기 바이패스 포트의 개방 상태 또는 폐쇄 상태를 조작하는 막음 밸브; 및상기 막음 밸브의 개방 상태 또는 폐쇄 상태를, 상기 흡입구의 압력 및/또는 상기 토출구 측의 압력으로 조정하기 위한 바이패스 조정 구조가 포함되고,상기 막음밸브는 플로우트 밸브인 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.

- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 바이패스 조정 구조에는 상기 토출구의 압력이 선택적으로 연통되도록 하는 조정 밸브; 및상기 조정 밸브 및 상기 막음 밸브에 양단이 연결되어 상기 조정 밸브에 의해서 선택된 유체 압력이 상기 막음 밸브로 인가되도록 하는 조정관로가 포함되는 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.
