Claims (7)
- 비선회 나선형 랩이 형성되는 비선회 스크롤 부재;상기 비선회 나선형 랩과 면접되어 선회운동되는 선회 나선형 랩이 형성되는 선회 스크롤 부재;상기 비선회 나선형 랩의 소정 부위에 형성되는 조정 챔버;상기 조정 챔버의 안에서 회전되어, 상기 선회 나선형 랩과 접하지 않는 제 1 모드와, 상기 선회 나선형 랩과 접하여 유체의 압축공간을 형성하는 제 2 모드로 선택적으로 동작되는 가동 블럭; 및상기 가동 블럭의 위치를 조정하기 위한 조정수단이 포함되는 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조정 수단은,스크롤 압축기의 흡입구의 저압 유체와, 상기 스크롤 압축기의 토출구의 고압 유체가 선택적으로 상기 조정 챔버에 인가되도록 하기 위한 조정 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 조정 챔버는 상기 비선회 나선형 랩의 내주면을 따라서 형성되는 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가동 블럭은 상기 비선회 스크롤 부재의 흡입단으로부터 먼쪽의 단부에서 힌지결합되는 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 조정 밸브에는,상기 흡입구와 연결되는 저압관로,상기 토출구와 연결되는 고압관로,상기 조정챔버와 연결되는 조정관로가 각각 연결되어 그 압력 전달 상태가 조작되는 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.
- 스크롤 부재의 압축 경로에 형성되는 조정 챔버;상기 조정 챔버의 안에서 일단부가 힌지에 의해서 상기 조정 챔버와 연결되어, 상기 선회 나선형 랩과 접하지 않는 제 1 모드와, 상기 선회 나선형 랩과 접하여 유체의 압축공간을 형성하는 제 2 모드로 선택적으로 동작되는 가동 블럭; 및상기 조정 챔버의 압력 상태를 고압 상태 또는 저압 상태로 조작하기 위하여, 스크롤 압축기의 흡입구측의 압력 및/또는 토출구측의 압력으로 조정하기 위한 바이패스 조정 구조가 포함되는 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 바이패스 조정 구조에는 상기 흡입구의 유체 압력, 상기 토출구의 유체 압력이 선택되어 연통되도록 하는 조정 밸브,상기 조정 밸브 및 상기 조정 챔버에 양단이 연결되어 상기 조정 밸브에 의해서 선택된 유체 압력이 상기 조정 챔버로 인가되도록 하는 조정 관로가 포함되는 용량 조절식 스크롤 압축기.
