Claims (4)
- 케이싱의 내부에 선회스크롤 및 그 선회스크롤과 함께 복수개의 압축실을 형성하는 고정스크롤이 구비되어 상기 선회스크롤의 선회시 각 압축실이 서로 다른 압력을 갖으면서 연속적으로 위치를 이동하도록 이루어지는 스크롤 압축기에 있어서 ;상기 케이싱의 흡입압 영역과 토출압 영역 그리고 그 흡입압 영역과 토출압 영역 사이에 형성되어 압축이 진행되는 중간압 영역이 서로 연통되도록 구비되는 밸브하우징과, 그 밸브하우징의 내주면에 미끄럼 접촉되게 삽입되어 압축기의 운전상태에 따른 중간압 영역의 압력변화에 따라 움직이면서 상기한 흡입압 영역과 토출압 영역을 서로 연통시키거나 또는 차단시키는 밸브부재와, 그 밸브부재를 지지하도록 밸브하우징과의 사이에 개재되어 상기 밸브부재의 움직임을 보강하는 탄성부재로 구성하되,상기 밸브하우징은 밸브부재에 의해 흡입압공간과 중간압공간으로 구획되어 종방향의 밸브유동공간을 갖도록 형성되고, 그 흡입압공간에는 밸브부재에 의해 개폐되어 흡입압 영역과 연통되는 흡입압측 가스구멍이 형성되며, 그 중간압공간에는 케이싱의 중간압 영역과 연통되는 중간압측 가스구멍이 형성되고, 그 주면에는 흡입압측 가스구멍과 함께 밸브부재에 의해 개폐되어 토출압 영역과 연통되는 적어도 하나 이상의 토출압측 가스구멍이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 진공압축 방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토출압측 가스구멍은 동일높이의 원주상에 등간격으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 진공압축 방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 밸브하우징의 흡입압공간에 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 진공압축 방지장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 밸브하우징의 중간압공간에도 하나 더 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 진공압축 방지장치.
