Claims (38)
- 가요성 중합체 부재가 고체상이고, 경화성 조성물의 겔화 및/또는 경화의 실질적인 시작을 위한 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 가용성이어서 경화성 조성물의 성분과 접촉했을 때 적어도 부분적으로 유체상으로 상전이를 일으키도록 변형된 경화성 조성물용 가요성 중합체 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 한 방향으로 늘어나고, 단일 또는 다중 섬유 또는 필라멘트, 리본, 필름 또는 이들의 혼합물과 같은 직물 또는 직포를 포함하는 가요성 중합체 부재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상전이가 경화성 조성물의 수지 매트릭스 성분내에서 용액에 의해, 임의로는 열에 의해 보조되어 일어나는 가요성 중합체 부재.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직경 d를 가진 섬유 또는 필라멘트, 또는 두께 t를 가지는 필름 또는 리본으로서, 여기에서, d 또는 t는 100 마이크론 이하의 범위이고, 바람직하게는 1 내지 80 마이크론, 예를 들면, 30 내지 80 마이크론, 더욱 바람직하게는 30 내지 65 마이크론이며, 파괴 신율 %가 1 내지 75 % 범위인 가요성 중합체 부재.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 셀룰로스 유도체, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아크릴로니트릴,폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트), 폴리스티렌 및 폴리아릴에테르, 폴리아릴케톤 및 특히 폴리아릴설폰과 같은 폴리방향족으로부터 선택되는 열가소성 중합체; 폴리에스테르아미드, 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리아르아미드, 폴리아릴레이트, 폴리(에스테르) 카보네이트, 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트/부틸 아크릴레이트), 폴리에테르설폰-에테르케톤으로부터 선택된 공중합체; 및 중합체 블렌드를 포함하는 가요성 중합체 부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,-(PhAPh)n-및 임의로는 추가로-(Ph)a-로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 에테르-결합 반복 단위, 임의로는 추가로 티오에테르-결합 반복 단위를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 폴리방향족 설폰을 포함하는 가요성 중합체 부재:상기 식에서, A=CO 또는 SO2이고, Ph는 페닐렌이며, n=1 내지 2이고 분수일 수 있으며, a=1 내지 4이며, 바람직하게는 a=1, 2 또는 3 및 분수일 수 있으며, 1을 초과하면, 상기 페닐렌은 단일 화학결합 또는 -CO- 또는 -SO2- 이외의 2가 그룹을 통해 직선으로 결합하거나, 직접 융합 또는 사이클릭 잔기를 통해, 예를 들면, 산 알킬 그룹, (헤테로) 방향족 또는 사이클릭 케톤, 아미드, 이미드, 이민 등을 통해 함께 융합된다.

- 제 13 항에 있어서, 중합체 멜트를 제공하고, 이들을 연속 압출하며, 용융된 부재 형태로 얼레 위로 인출시킨 뒤, 열 및 기계적 연신 방식으로 처리한 다음, 냉각시킴으로써 섬유 형성 부재가 제조되는 방법.

- 제 15 항에 있어서, 단일 또는 다중 필라멘트 섬유 또는 리본이 지지 구조물 또는 담체내에 강화 섬유와 함께 또는 단독으로 존재하고 직물, 웹, 직포, 부직포, 과권취, 예비 성형품, 스크림, 메쉬, 플리스, 로빙, 프리프레그, 복합재 또는 층 필름 또는 간지 등 또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 스티칭, 바느질, 실짓기 또는 이들의 유사 외형을 포함하는 지지 구조물 또는 담체.

- 제 21 항에 있어서, 지지 구조물 또는 담체가 바람직한 방법으로 스티칭 및 직조됨으로써, 예를 들면, 핸들링시 직물 뒤틀림을 방지하고, 접힌 솔기와, 방향성 강화 등을 제공하기 위해 교차 스티칭함으로써 선택적으로 변경된 롤형의 직물로서 연속 방법으로 제조되는 지지 구조물 또는 담체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 가요성 중합체 부재 또는 지지 구조물 또는 담체, 및 경화성 수지 매트릭스와 함께, 임의로는 추가의 강화 섬유 및 촉매, 경화제, 충진제와 같은 첨가제 등을 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 수지가 에폭시 수지, 첨가-중합 수지, 특히 비스-말레이미드 수지, 포름알데히드 축합 수지, 특히 포름알데히드-페놀 수지, 시아네이트 수지, 이소시아네이트 수지, 페놀 수지, 및 이들 중 2 이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 23 항 또는 제 24 항에 있어서, 가요성 중합체 부재 및 용해되는 매트릭스가 원하는 시간과 온도에서 용해를 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 양호한 매트릭스 주사, 분산, 상분리와 같은 형태 및 원하는 경우 미량의 분산을 제공하는 "솔루션 페어"로서 선택되고, 상이한 점도 수지의 배합물이 다양한 상기 특성을 각각 공헌하는 데 선택될 수 있는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 23 항 내지 제 25 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가요성 중합체 부재가 유체상 고점도 중합체 또는 이들의 전구체를 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 23 항 내지 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 높아진 수준의 열가소성 중합체를 제공하고, 이에 따라 열가소성 수지가 매트릭스 성분으로서 유체상에 주요 함량으로 존재하고, 추가로 적어도 하나의 가요성 중합체 부재의 형태로 고체상에 부함량으로 존재하는 경화성 조성물.
- 가요성 중합체 부재 또는 지지 구조물 또는 담체를 수지 매트릭스와 간지 함침, 주사 또는 주입, 혼합 등에 의해 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 제 23 항 내지 제 27 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 경화성 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 주사가 적당한 수지 점도를 부여하기 위해 주위 온도 또는 용해 온도보다는 낮은 승온에서, 적당하게는 실온 내지 100℃, 바람직하게는 실온 내지 75℃ 범위에서 실시되는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제 28 항 또는 제 29 항에 있어서, 주사가 백, 맨드릴 및/또는 주형을 사용하고, 임의로는 유동을 보조하기 위해 채널 등을 사용하여 실시되고, 주사 시간은 2 내지 300분, 바람직하게는 2 내지 120분 범위인 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제 23 항 내지 제 27 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 경화성 조성물을 제공하고, 다른 강화 섬유, 매트릭스 성분, 첨가제 등을 포함하는 추가의 성분을 제공하며, 가요성 중합체 부재가 상전이 되기에 적당한 기간 동안 승온으로 처리한 다음, 경화성 매트릭스 수지의 겔화 및/또는 경화에 적당한 기간 동안 추가 승온으로 처리하는 것을 포함하는 경화된 조성물 또는 복합재의 제조 및 경화방법.
- 제 31 항에 있어서, 주위 기압 또는 감압에서 제 1 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와 같은 가요성 중합체 부재 또는 지지 구조물 또는 담체 배열을 사용하여 수행되는 탈기 단계를 포함하고, 상기 두 상이한 직경의 섬유가 공기 유동을 보조하는 채널을 그들 사이에 만들면서 다중축 공동정렬 배열로 레이업되는 것이 특징인, 경화된 조성물 또는 복합재의 제조 및 경화 방법.
- 제 31 항 또는 제 32 항에 있어서, 상전이를 달성하기 위해 100 내지 300℃ 범위의 승온에서 45분 이하, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 35분의 기간 동안 처리하는 것을 포함하는 것이 특징인 경화된 조성물 또는 복합재의 제조 및 경화 방법.
- 제 29 항 또는 제 30 항에 있어서, 겔 또는 전-경화가 100 내지 175℃ 범위의 온도에서 실시되고, 경화 및 임의로는 후-경화가 180 내지 400℃ 범위에서 예를 들면, 1 내지 4시간 동안 실시되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 가요성 중합체 부재, 가요성 부재를 용해시키기에 적당한 솔루션 페어 수지 매트릭스, 및 제 15 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와 같은 지지 구조물 또는 담체로서 제공되거나, 분리 성분으로서 임의의 추가 강화 섬유와 함께 제공되는 임의의 강화 섬유, 매트릭스, 단량체 또는 중합체, 경화제 등을 포함하는 부품들의 키트.
- 부류나 분자 유형 등을 고려하여 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에서정의된 바와 같은 가요성 중합체 부재를 용해시키는 것을 보조하는 데 적합한 수지 매트릭스를 선택하거나 블렌딩하는 방법.
- 가요성 중합체 부재가 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와 같이 사용되고, 기계적 특성 및/또는 평면성 부여, 접힌 솔기 부여, 힌지 및 볼트 구멍 강화, 방향성 강화 등 및 조립을 위해 직조 및/또는 스티칭된 조립된 섹션을 포함하고, 이 섹션이 수지 주사 동안에 적소에 구조물을 고정하기 위해 스티칭으로서 가요성 중합체 부재를 사용하여 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주형을 사용하지 않으며 제조된 복합형 구조물.
- 엔지니어링 복합재 제조시, 항공기, 자동차, 선박, 풍력 에너지, 산업적 적용, 스포츠 제품 및 제지시에, 롤러, 시트 금속, 전기 절연체 등을 위한 접착제, 기능적 또는 보호 코팅으로서, 특히 자동차 차체 부품 제작 등에 스티칭된 섬유로서, 파이프, 탱크, 롤러의 제조시 강화 또는 필라멘트 과권취를 위한 단일 필름과 같은 강화된 필름으로서, 또는 교량 등과 같은 엔지니어링 구조를 강화하는 데에서의 용도를 위해 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항, 제 15 항 내지 제 20 항, 제 23 항 내지 제 27 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와 같은 가요성 중합체 부재, 지지 구조물 또는 담체, 프리프레그 또는 예비 성형품, 경화성 조성물 또는 경화된 복합재 또는 수지체.
