Claims (42)
- 항균제를 포함하는 조절 방출 항균 제제를 제공하고;섬유를 함유한 흡수성 웹에 상기 제제를 부착시키고, 여기에서 상기 웹은 각각의 헹굼 과정 후에 액체를 보유하며, 5회 이상의 정상적인 각각의 헹굼 과정 후에 상기 제제가 충분한 항균제를 보유된 액체내로 방출하여 보유된 액체가 항균 용액이 되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는,다수의 헹굼 과정 후에 항균 용액을 제공할 수 있는 항균 와이퍼의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항균 제제가 중합체 또는 중합체 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 혼합물이 수-팽윤성 중합체를 포함하여 수-팽윤성 중합체의 팽윤 정도가 상기 항균제의 방출을 적어도 부분적으로 조절하도록 하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 라텍스 접착제를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스 접착제가 가교될 수 있는 것인 방법.

- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 가교제, 촉매, 증점제, 가소제, 소포제, 착색제, 시각 센서, 안료, 복합체 입자, 점도 조절제, 안정화제, 계면활성제 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 첨가제를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 항균제를 포함하는 조절 방출 항균 제제, 및각각의 헹굼 과정 후에 액체를 보유하고 상기 제제가 부착되어지는, 흡수성의 직물과 유사한 웹을 포함하고,상기 제제가 5회 이상의 각각의 정상적인 헹굼 과정 후에 보유된 액체 내로 충분한 항균제를 방출하여, 보유된 액체가 항균 용액이 되는,다수의 헹굼 과정 후에 액체 항균 용액을 제공할 수 있는 와이퍼.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 항균 제제가 항균제 및 중합체를 포함하는 것인 와이퍼.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 라텍스 접착제를 포함하는 것인 와이퍼.
