Claims (15)
- 보강 시트층(1A)과 포장층(22)을 포함하여 구성되는 포장 도로로서,상기 보강 시트층(1A)은,연속한 유리 섬유를 강화 섬유로 하고, 상기 연속 유리 섬유의 용적함유율이 30% 이상 85% 이하가 되도록 열가소성 수지를 함침 시킨 복합 재료를 포함하여 구성되는 보강 시트(1)와 적어도 한 면에 적층 되어 이루어지는 아스팔트층(2)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징이라고 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보강 시트층(1A)은 보강 시트(1)와 아스팔트층(2) 사이의 적어도 일부 면에 있어서 천연 섬유 또는 합성 섬유를 포함하여 이루어지는 직포층 또는 부직포층 (3)을 더 갖는 보강 시트층(1B)인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보강 시트층(1A)과 포장층(22)을 포함하여 구성되는 포장 도로로서,상기 보강 시트층(1A)은 연속한 유리 섬유를 강화 섬유로 하고, 상기 연속 유리 섬유의 용적함유율이 30% 이상 85% 이하가 되도록 열가소성 수지를 함침 시킨 복합 재료를 포함하여 구성되는 보강 시트(1)의 양면에 적층 되어 이루어지는 아스팔트층(2)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,보강 시트(1)는,인장 파단 강도가 290MPa이상,인장 파단 신도가 10%이하,열팽창계수가 2×10-6∼8×10-6/℃,두께가 100㎛∼600㎛인 것을 특징이라고 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 아스팔트층(2)의 두께가 400㎛ 이상 2000㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보강 시트(1)와 아스팔트층(2)을 전단 박리 강도를 행한 때에, 아스팔트층(2)의 응집력 이상의 강도로 층간이 결합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 포장층 (22)의 두께가 50mm 미만이며, 또한,벤딩 시험에 의한 파괴 에너지가 4 [kN·mm] 이상이고, 현저하게 얇은 포장층과, 현저하게 내 크랙 성능이 우수한 기능을 겸하여 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 포장층(22)의 두께가 50mm 미만이며, 또한,휠 트래킹 시험에 의한 동적 안정도가 600[회/mm] 이상이고, 현저하게 얇은 포장층과, 현저하게 내 바퀴 자국성이 우수한 기능을 겸하여 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 포장층(22)은 배수성이며,상기 보강 시트층(1A 또는 1B)은 차수성(遮水性)이고,상기 포장층(22)을 투과한 빗물이 노반으로 침투되지 않고, 빗물을 보강 시트층(1A 또는 1B)의 위면을 따라 갓길 방향으로 배수 기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 포장층(22)의 두께가 4,5cm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 포장층 (22)의 두께가 4∼1.5cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 보강 시트층(1A 또는 1B)을 부설하고, 아스팔트를 그 위에 부설하지 않은 도로 보강 시트가 표층인 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 보강 시트층(1A 또는 1B)을 부설하고, 아스팔트를 그 위에 부설하지 않은 보강 시트층이 표층인 도로공사 중에 사용하는 가설 도로의 구조.
- 아스팔트 또는 콘크리트로 포장된 도로에 있어서, 포장면에 크랙, 바퀴 자국 또는 결손이 생겼을 경우에, 포장 도로의 적어도 일부 표면을 절삭하고, 필요하면 크랙 또는 결손 부분을 부분 보수한 후, 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 포장 도로의 구조를 마련하는 것을 특징이라고 하는 포장 도로의 보수 방법.
- 아스팔트 또는 콘크리트로 포장된 도로에 있어서, 표면을 절삭 하고, 크랙 또는 결손 부분을 부분 보수한 후, 제 9 항에 기재된 갓길 방향으로 배수 기능을 갖는 포장 도로의 구조를 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 도로의 보수 방법.
