Claims (25)
- 평균 입경이 0 초과 내지 80 nm 이하 범위인 주석 도핑된(tin-doped) 산화인듐 및/또는 안티몬 도핑된 산화주석을 접착성 수지에 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착성 수지를 함유한 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입경이 100 nm 이상인 주석 도핑된 산화인듐 또는 안티몬 도핑된 산화주석 입자의 수가 1 ㎛2당 1 개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 각 유리판의 두께가 2.5 mm 인 2 개의 클리어(clear) 유리판 사이에 상기 합판 유리용 중간층 필름을 개재시켜 제조한 합판 유리가, 380 내지 780 nm 광선에서의 가시광 투과율(Tv)이 70% 이상이고, 300 내지 2500 nm 광선에서의 일사 투과율(Ts)이 전술한 가시광 투과율(Tv)의 80% 이하이며, 헤이즈값(H)이 1.0% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착성 수지가 가소제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 접착성 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 30 내지 60 중량부의 가소제, 0.1 내지 3.0 중량부의 주석 도핑된 산화인듐 및/또는 안티몬 도핑된 산화주석이 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착성 수지가 폴리비닐아세탈 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주석 도핑된 산화인듐 및/또는 안티몬 도핑된 산화주석 입자, 및 부가적으로 하기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 분산제를 함유하는 접착성 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름;(a) 킬레이팅제,(b) 말단 위치에 하나 이상의 카르복실기를 갖는 화합물, 및(c) 변성 실리콘 오일.
- 주석 도핑된 산화인듐 및/또는 안티몬 도핑된 산화주석 입자, 및 부가적으로 하기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 분산제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착성 수지를 함유하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름:(a) 킬레이팅제,(b) 말단 위치에 하나 이상의 카르복실기를 갖는 화합물, 및(c) 변성 실리콘 오일.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 킬레이팅제가 β디케톤 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, β디케톤 화합물이 아세틸아세톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 말단 위치에 하나 이상의 카르복실기를 갖는 화합물이 하기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름;(a) 탄소수 2 내지 18의 지방족 카르복실산, 및(b) 탄소수 2 내지 18의 히드록시 카르복실산.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 탄소수 2 내지 18의 지방족 카르복실산이 2-에틸부티레이트 또는 2-에틸헥사노에이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착성 수지가 접착력 조정제를 부가적으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 접착력 조정제가 탄소수 2 내지 10의 카르복실산의 마그네슘 및/또는 칼륨 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 탄소수 2 내지 10의 카르복실산의 마그네슘 및/또는 칼륨 염의 양이 수득된 중간층 필름 중의 마그네슘 및/또는 칼륨 함량으로서 10 내지 150 ppm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주석 도핑된 산화인듐 및/또는 안티몬 도핑된 산화주석을 분산제 사용에 의해 유기 용매에 분산시켜 분산액을 제조하고, 가소제를 임의 함유한 접착성 수지에 상기 분산액을 첨가함으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 접착성 수지에 첨가되는 가소제와 동일한 것임을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 16 항 또는 제 17 항에 있어서, 2축 평행 압출기를 사용하여 제 16 항 또는 제 17 항에 따른 분산액, 및 접착성 수지를 압출함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 주석 도핑된 산화인듐 및/또는 안티몬 도핑된 산화주석을 가소제에 분산시켜분산액을 수득하고, 상기 분산액을 접착성 수지에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름에 있어서, 상기 분산액 중의 주석 도핑된 산화인듐 및/또는 안티몬 도핑된 산화주석의 평균 입경이 실온에서 10 내지 80 nm, 또한 200℃ 로의 분산액 가열후에도 10 내지 80 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간층 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 합판 유리용 중간층 필름을 한 쌍 이상의 유리판 사이에 개재시켜, 중간층 필름과 합판 유리판을 일체화함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 380 내지 780 nm 광선에서의 가시광 투과율 (Tv), 300 내지 2500 nm 광선에서의 일사 투과율 (Ts), 및 헤이즈값 (H)이 하기와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리:Tv ≥65%Ts ≤0.8 ×TvH ≤1.0%.
- 제 20 항 또는 제 21 항에 있어서, 중간층 필름이 개재되는 유리쌍 중 하나가, 380 내지 780 nm 광선에서의 가시광 투과율이 75% 이상이고 900 내지 1300 nm 전광선에서의 투과율이 65% 이하인 열선 흡수 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 열선 흡수 유리가 녹색 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제 20 항 내지 제 23 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10 내지 2000 MHz 파장에서 합판 유리의 전자파 차폐 효율 ΔdB 가 10 dB 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
- 제 20 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 380 내지 780 nm 광선에서의 가시광 투과율 (Tv), 300 내지 2500 nm 광선에서의 일사 투과율 (Ts), 헤이즈값 (H), 10 내지 2000 MHz 파장에서의 전자파 차폐 효율 (ΔdB) 및 퍼멜(pummel) 값 (P)가 하기와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리:Tv ≥75%Ts ≤0.8 ×TvH ≤1.0%ΔdB ≤10 dBP = 3 ∼ 7 의 수.
