Description
(2)中間膜は、平均粒子径が0.1μm以下の錫ドープ酸化インジウム(以下、「ITO」という。)微粒子を含有する樹脂膜からなる。
合わせガラス10における内板1および外板2は、無機ガラスから構成することができる。無機ガラスとしては、ソーダライムガラス、アルミノシリケートガラス、ホウ珪酸ガラス、無アルカリガラス、石英ガラス等が挙げられる。これらのうちでも、ソーダライムガラスが特に好ましい。無機ガラスとしては、例えば、フロート法等により成形されたフロート板ガラスが挙げられる。無機ガラスとしては、風冷強化、化学強化等の強化処理が施されたものも使用できる。
合わせガラス10における中間膜3は、内板1および外板2の主面と同形、同寸の主面を有し、厚みが後述のとおりの平膜状の層である。中間膜3は、内板1および外板2の間に挿入され、これらを接着して合わせガラス10として一体化する機能を有する。中間膜3は、(2)の要件を満たす、すなわち、平均粒子径が0.1μm以下のITO微粒子を含有する樹脂膜からなることで、合わせガラス10は優れた遮熱性を有する。なお、ITO微粒子は通常、樹脂膜中に分散して存在する。
合わせガラス10は、JIS R3212(1998年)による可視光透過率Tvaが70%以上77%以下であり、ISO 13837による総日射透過率Ttsが53%以上59%以下であり、かつ、JIS R3106(1998年)に準拠して分光測定を行った際の波長850nmの光の透過率が15%以上45%以下であるのが好ましい。
本発明の合わせガラスは、一般的に用いられる公知の技術により製造できる。合わせガラス10においては、それぞれ上記のとおり準備した内板1、中間膜3、外板2がその順に積層された圧着前の合わせガラスである合わせガラス前駆体を準備する。なお、中間膜3の表面には合わせガラスに気泡が残留することを抑制するため、表面に空気を通すためのエンボスが形成されていることが好ましい。該エンボスは以下の接着の際に消滅する。
中間膜として、平均粒子径0.04μmのITO微粒子が中間膜全体に対して0.25質量%分散配合された、厚み0.8mmの樹脂膜を準備した。樹脂膜は、ITO微粒子の他に、可塑剤として3GО(トリエチレングリコールジ-2-エチルヘキサノエート)を含有するPVB樹脂膜(以下、「PVB膜」ともいう)である。
上記「平均粒子径」は、以下に示す寸法で切り出した中間膜の中央部1か所の断面の断面顕微鏡写真(日本電子製、JEM-1230)を観察して、無作為に抽出した100個のITO微粒子の粒子径の平均値を算出することにより測定した。
上記で準備したPVB膜と各種ガラス板を用いて、例1~12の合わせガラスを製造した。各例において表2または表3に示す内板および外板にPVB膜を挟持させた積層体を準備した。真空バッグに積層体を入れ、圧力計の表示が100kPa以下(ゲージ圧)となるように脱気した後、120℃に加熱して圧着し、さらにオートクレーブにて温度135℃、圧力1.3MPaで60分間の加熱加圧を行い、最終的に冷却して合わせガラスとした。
各例で得られた合わせガラスについて、初期物性として、JIS R3212(1998年)による可視光透過率Tva、ISO 13837による総日射透過率Ttsおよび、波長850nmの光の透過率(T850)を測定した。
また、例4と例7の合わせガラスの試験前および2500時間後の色調の変化を評価した。色調の測定条件は、合わせガラスに対して、A光源による光を車外側から入射角10~60°の範囲で照射して得られる反射光の色調は、CIE1976L*a*b*色度座標で表した。測定機器として日立ハイテクノロジー社製UH4150を用いた。

Claims (22)
- 1対のガラス板と、前記1対のガラス板に挟持される中間膜とを有する合わせガラスであって、前記合わせガラスから厚み方向に切り出した1cm2の合わせガラス片におけるCeO2の含有量は0.4mg以下であり、Fe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量は6.0mg以上10.0mg以下であり、前記中間膜は、平均粒子径が0.1μm以下の錫ドープ酸化インジウム微粒子を含有する樹脂膜からなることを特徴とする車両用の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板のうち、車外側のガラス板は、JIS R3106(1998年)に準拠して分光測定を行った際の波長380nmの光の透過率が55%以上70%以下である請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板のうち、車内側のガラス板は、JIS R3106(1998年)に準拠して分光測定を行った際の波長380nmの光の透過率が50%以上である請求項1または2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記中間膜全量に対する前記錫ドープ酸化インジウム微粒子の含有量が0.1質量%以上0.5質量%以下である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板のいずれにおいても、Fe2O3換算した全鉄に対するFe2O3換算した2価鉄の含有量の割合が20%以上30%以下である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスは、JIS R3212(1998年)による可視光透過率Tvaが70%以上77%以下であり、ISO 13837による総日射透過率Ttsが53%以上59%以下であり、かつ、JIS R3106(1998年)に準拠して分光測定を行った際の波長850nmの光の透過率が15%以上45%以下である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスの上辺の厚みと下辺の厚みの差が0.2mm以上1mm以下である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板の板厚の合計が3.5mm以上4.8mm以下である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板において、車外側のガラス板におけるFe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量(質量%)が、車内側のガラス板におけるFe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量(質量%)より大きい、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板において、車外側のガラス板におけるFe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量(質量%)が、車内側のガラス板におけるFe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量(質量%)より小さい、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板において、車外側のガラス板におけるFe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量(質量%)が、車内側のガラス板におけるFe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量(質量%)と等しい、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板のいずれかが、ソーダライムガラスである、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板の両方が、ソーダライムガラスである請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記ソーダライムガラスのFe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量は、0.60質量%~1.00質量%である請求項12または13に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記ソーダライムガラスのFe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量は、0.65質量%~0.95質量%である請求項12~14のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- JIS R3106(1998年)に準拠して分光測定を行った際の波長850nmの光の透過率が、15%以上30%以下である請求項12~15のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- JIS R3106(1998年)に準拠して分光測定を行った際の波長850nmの光の透過率が、20%以上30%以下である請求項12~16のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 波長850nmの光の透過率が、20%以上30%以下である請求項12~17のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- Fe2O3換算した全鉄の含有量は、7.1mg以上9.5mg以下である請求項12~18のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板は、車外側のガラス板の車内側面および車内側のガラス板の車内側面の少なくとも一方に暗色セラミックからなる隠蔽層を有し、主面において前記隠蔽層を除く領域の面積が8000cm2以上である、請求項1~19のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスが、車内側のガラス板の車内側に情報取得装置を備える、請求項1~20のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記情報取得装置が撮像装置である、請求項21に記載の合わせガラス。
