Claims (10)
- 하기를 포함하는 대기 온도 경화 코팅 조성물.- 하기 화학식 2의 폴리실록산(화학식 2)(상기 화학식에서, 각 R1은 6개이하의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬, 아릴 및 알콕시기, 반응성 글리시독시기 및 OSi(OR3)3기로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되고, 상기 각 R3는 독립적으로 R1과 같고, 각 R2는 수소 및 6개이하의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 및 아릴기로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되고, 상기 n은 폴리실록산의 분자량이 500 내지 약 2,000 범위가 되도록 위해 선택된다),- 글리시딜-작용성 아크릴 중합체,- 경화제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 글리시딜-작용성 아크릴 중합체가 폴리실록산속에서 중합화하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 폴리실록산이 알콕시실릴-작용성 폴리실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 글리시딜-작용성 아크릴 중합체가 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 및 부틸 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 혼합물을 중합하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 혼합물이 메틸 메타크릴레이트를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 혼합물이 15-75중량%의 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트, 0-60중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 30-85중량%의 부틸 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 45 내지 75중량%의 폴리실록산, 20 내지 45중량%의 글리시딜-작용성 아크릴 중합체 및 4 내지 11중량%의 경화제를 포함하고, 중량%는 코팅 조성물의 중량에 기초하여 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 60 내지 70중량%의 폴리실록산, 20 내지 30중량%의 글리시딜-작용성 아크릴 중합체 및 7 내지 11중량%의 경화제를 포함하고, 중량%는 코팅 조성물의 중량에 기초하여 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 보호 코팅으로 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 조성물의 용도.
- 배, 다리, 건물, 산업 공장 또는 석유굴착장치와 같은 큰 구조물을 대기 온도에서 코팅을 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 조성물의 용도.
