Description
Claims (11)
- 절삭가공으로 인해 발생된 가공물의 버르를 제거하기 위한 디버링 장치에 있어서,프레임;상기 프레임에 설치되며, 내부에 소정형상을 갖는 다수의 미디어와 쿨란트가 적절히 혼합 충진되는 배럴;일단에 척을 구비하여 디버링할 가공물을 파지하는 스핀들;상기 가공물이 배럴내에서 일정시간 간격으로 반전되도록 상기 스핀들을 회전 구동시키는 회전유닛;상기 가공물이 배럴내에서 일정 스트로크로 승강하도록 상기 스핀들을 승강 구동시키는 승강유닛; 및상기 배럴을 수평방향으로 왕복이동시키는 슬라이딩 유닛;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전유닛은, 상기 스핀들의 외주에 형성된 스플라인과, 상기 프레임에 회전 가능하게 지지되며, 스핀들과 전동가능하게 치합되는 스플라인을 내주에 갖는 피동풀리와, 상기 프레임에 장착되어 일정시간 간격으로 정·역 구동되며 회전축에 구동풀리를 갖는 회전모터 및 구동풀리와 피동풀리간에 설치되는 전동벨트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 승강유닛은, 상기 프레임에 수직으로 설치되는 가이드레일과, 상기 가이드레일에 이동 가능하게 결합되며 상기 스핀들을 회전 가능하게 결합 지지하는 승강판과, 상기 승강판과 나사결합되는 볼스크류 및 이 볼스크류를 정·역 구동시키는 승강모터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 유닛은, 상기 배럴을 이동 가능하게 지지하는 가이드로드와, 상기 배럴을 일정 스트로크로 왕복 이동시키는 실린더로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배럴은, 상기 프레임에 고정되며 쿨란트가 충진되는 외부배럴과, 상기 미디어를 충진하여 상기 외부배럴내에 이동 가능하게 수용되며 주면에 다수의 통공을 갖는 내부배럴 및 도어 실린더에 의해 상기 외부배럴의 개구를 개폐하는 도어로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 배럴의 도어상에 상기 스핀들과 동축을 이루도록 가공물이 안착되는 지그가 장착되고, 상기 도어와 지그가 상호 조합되는 두 개의 단위체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 컨베이어에 의해 이송된 가공물을 상기 지그에 안착시킴과 동시에 디버링 완료된 가공물을 컨베이어로 취출시키는 로더/언로더를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 외부배럴의 내면 상부에 쿨란트를 공급하는 쿨란트 공급노즐이 설치되고, 그 바닥면에는 드레인 밸브를 구비하여 쿨란트를 외부로 배출시키는 쿨란트 드레인덕트가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 외부배럴에 쿨란트의 액위를 검출하는 액위센서와 쿨란트의 오버 플로우시 이를 상기 쿨란트 드레인덕트의 중간으로 바이패스 시키는 쿨란트 오버플로우관이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미디어가 다각형 또는 대략 별모양의 초경합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미디어와 쿨란트가 약 8:2의 비율로 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 디버링 장치.
