Abstract

LCD(LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY)모니터에 있어 가이드리브와 걸림스냅을 이용하여 메인회로기판을 간편하고 정확한 위치에 결착시킬 수 있도록 개선된 LCD모니터에 관한 것으로서, 프런트 카바와 ; 상기 프런트 카바에 형합되고, 일단과 일측에는 걸림홈을 가지는 가이드 리브가 형성되고, 타단과 타측에는 걸림턱을 가지는 걸림스냅이 형성된 백카바와 ; 상기 백카바에 고정되는 메인회로기판을 포함하는 것으로, 상기 메인회로기판의 일단과 일측을 상기 가이드 리브의 걸림홈에 끼워 고정한 후에, 타단과 타측을 상기 걸림스냅의 걸림턱에 걸림 시킴으로써, 상기 메인회로기판을 상기 백카바에 고정하도록 한 것이다.

Description

LCD모니터의 메인회로기판 결착구조
본 고안은 LCD(LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY)모니터에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 가이드 리브를 이용하여 메인회로기판을 간편하게 결착시킬 수 있도록 한 LCD모니터에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 LCD모니터(이하 모니터라고 약칭함)는 모니터본체 내부에서 전면에 걸쳐 메인회로기판이 결착되는 구조를 이루고 있으며, 도1 및 도2는 그러한 종래기술에 따른 메인회로기판의 설치상태를 보여 준다.
즉, 모니터본체(1)는 프런트카바(2)와 백카바(3)가 형합되어 구성되고, 이러한 모니터본체(1) 내부에 설치되는 메인회로기판(4)은 대개 백카바(3) 내면부에 결착되는 구조로 구성되고 있으며, 선행기술에 따른 메인회로기판(4)의 결착은 대개스크류(5)를 이용하여 백카바(3)의 보스(6)에 체결되는 결착이 되도록 하고 있다.
그러나 상기와 같은 체결수단에 의한 메인회로기판(4)의 결착에 있어서는 다수의 스크류(5)를 일일이 체결하여야 하므로 조립시간이 많이 소요되게 함으로써 생산성저하를 야기하게 하고, 스크류(5)와 같은 별도의 부품의 소모에 따른 원가상승을 초래하는 문제점을 수반하게 하고 있다.
또한, 스크류(5)에 의한 결착에 있어서는 가공공차 및 조립공차에 의해 정확한 위치에 고정시키기가 다소 어려운 문제점을 가지고 있다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 모니터본체 내부에 메인회로기판을 결착시키는데 있어 정확한 위치에 보다 수월한 결착을 도모하고, 스크류와 같은 체결부품의 소모가 따르지 않도록 함으로써 제조원가 절감이 도모되도록 하려는데 LCD 모니터를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안에 따른 LCD모니터는 프런트 카바와 ; 상기 프런트 카바에 형합되고, 일단과 일측에는 걸림홈을 가지는 가이드 리브가 형성되고, 타단과 타측에는 걸림턱을 가지는 걸림스냅이 형성된 백카바와 ; 상기 백카바에 고정되는 메인회로기판을 포함하는 것으로, 상기 메인회로기판의 일단과 일측을 상기 가이드 리브의 걸림홈에 끼워 고정한 후에, 타단과 타측을 상기 걸림스냅의 걸림턱에 걸림 시킴으로써, 상기 메인회로기판을 상기 백카바에 고정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 첨부된 바람직한 실시도면에 의거하여 본고안에 따른 메인회로기판 결착구조를 보다 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도3 내지 도6은 본 고안에 따른 메인회로기판 결착구조를 보인 것이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따른 LCD모니터는 백카바에 일체로 형성되는 가이드리브의 걸림홈과, 걸림스냅의 걸림턱에 메인회로기판의 일단과 일측, 타단과 타측이 고정되는 구조를 가진다.
백카바(13)의 내면부는 사각형태를 이루고 메인회로기판(14) 자체도 대개 사각형태를 이루므로 메인회로기판(14)의 일단 즉, 상단 테두리부(14a)와 일측 즉, 일측테두리부(14b)가 삽입되어 걸릴 수 있는 걸림홈(15a)을 가진 가이드리브(15)를 백카바(13) 내면부에 형성된다.
그러므로 가이드리브(15)는 "ㄱ"자 형태로 길다란 길이를 가지도록 형성되고 가이드리브(15)의 반대쪽의 백카바(13) 내면부에는 메인회로기판(14)의 타단 즉, 하단 및 타측테두리부(14c)(14d)가 걸릴수 있는 걸림턱(16a)을 가진 다수의 걸림스냅(16)이 형성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안에 따른 메인회로기판 결착과정을 도5 및 도6를 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도5를 참조하면, 먼저 메인회로기판(14)의 상단 및 일측테두리부(14a)(14b)가 백카바(13)에 일체로 형성된 가이드리브(15)의 걸림홈(15a)에 끼운다.
그런 다음, 메인회로기판(14)의 하단 및 타측테두리부(14c)(14d)를 백카바(13)에 일체로 형성된 걸림스냅(16)에 끼워지도록 가압한다.
그에 따라 메인회로기판(14)은 탄성력을 가진 걸림스냅(16)을 밀고 내려가게 되고 이어서 휘어지던 걸림스냅(16)이 원위치로 복귀되므로서 걸림턱(16a)에 테두리부(14c)(14d)가 걸리게 되는 결착이 된다.
결과적으로 보면, 메인회로기판(14)의 상단 및 일측테두리부(14a)(14b)를 가이드리브(15)의 걸림홈(15a)에 끼운 다음 곧바로 타측부를 내려서 걸림스냅(16)에 가압하게 되면 걸림턱(16a)에 하단 및 타측테두리부(14c)(14d)가 결착되는 조립이되는 것이다.
이상의 설명에 따르면, 본 고안의 LCD모니터는 백카바에 일체로 형성된 걸림홈을 가지는 가이드리브와, 걸림턱을 가지는 걸림스냅에 메인회로기판을 고정함으로써, 메인회로기판을 고정하기 위하여 종래와 같이 별도의 스크류를 사용하지 않아도 되므로, 메인회로기판의 고정을 용이하게 할 수 있고, 이에 따라 제품의 제조단가도 절감할 수 있다.
특히, 본고안은 백카바와 같이 일체로 사출 성형되는 가이드리브와 걸림스냅에 의해 메인회로기판을 결착시키는 것이므로 정확한 위치에 메인회로기판을 결착시킬 수 있는 효과를 가지게 되어 제품 신뢰성 향상을 도모하게 한다.

  1. 프런트 카바와 ; 상기 프런트 카바에 형합되고, 일단과 일측에는 걸림홈을 가지는 가이드 리브가 형성되고, 타단과 타측에는 걸림턱을 가지는 걸림스냅이 형성된 백카바와 ; 상기 백카바에 고정되는 메인회로기판을 포함하는 것으로, 상기 메인회로기판의 일단과 일측을 상기 가이드 리브의 걸림홈에 끼워 고정한 후에, 타단과 타측을 상기 걸림스냅의 걸림턱에 걸림 시킴으로써, 상기 메인회로기판을 상기 백카바에 고정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 모니터.
